Here during one of my dark phases. I know it'll pass but some times I question if I'll ever feel better. This music helps me to relax so I usually listen to beats by N O S T R A D A M U S or MISERY just to feel like I can chill for a while. I'm usually on a state of constant alert and it gets worse at night. Music is my therapy because music for me has never called me names or bullied me and I feel a connection with certain types of music so I imagine myself in the future finally over the past and having friends to hang out with. I daydream a lot because I don't do much. It's because it's where I hope to be one day is over the past and to have friends to hang out with. I don't know how long it will take but I'll be watching and waiting for it and working on healing myself.
