The numbers are amazing but we expect that from Luka hes the best scorer/player in the league. His defence today was incredible shame he'll get no credit for it.

Clippers were 2 of 17 when he was the primary defender. Insane good. But as you say, he won't get any credit for that.

im actually surprised on how they played defense really well on this game, especially on luka, his defense is actually crazy last night. this is not the mavs ive known for a long time

Dude's got the size, the strength and the IQ, his defense is mainly a matter of effort. He clearly knows how to excel at it when he really wants. If his usage rate was slightly lower, he could be an all-around beast. Hats off in this game.
@@maferreira1984 Luka is also in much better shape than he was in previous years, in their last playoff run he was out of gas by the 4th quarter.

Great win however it is expected Kawhi will be very aggressive in Game 3. Gafford man, impose your defense and rebounding! The team needs that energy. Jkidd we need those easy baskets from Gafford and Lively
He should get called for carrying more often. The NBA officiating has sabotaged the game of basketball to create stars. Luka's confidence as a basketball player grows the more he's not called for a basic rule in basketball.

Well he sure does carry multiple times a night in the NBA. I counted more than three times in this clip.
Definitely not the best. They are excusing the rules for him to make it seem like he's a transcendent talent. He's not though. And don't get too into your feelings about it, because he's not the only one. Kyrie carries the ball too, and the refs don't call him for it.
