This is a video examining what these characters would be charged with if they were in real life court.

The fact that MePhone caused Paper to be on a case, I agree about Paper getting a pardon, so if you do the case with MePhone, it’s safe to say to give him a imprisonment charge and inciting murder charge.
These contestants haven’t as much crimes as I thought. All are wild and random, though.

WRONG the difference between first and second degree murder is that first degree murder requires the person to plan and carry out the killing.
While second degree murder requires the killing either be intentional or reckless and occur in a spur moment.
So technically that is second degree murder because Paper didn't plan the kill and recklessly murdered Balloon.
