This is a video examining what would Announcer be charged with if they were in real life court.

From what we know, Four could create it in an instant and we don't even know the BFB's and BFDI's value. It's just... a collection of episodes.
The collections are literally something you could recreate by putting some episodes on a pendrive, literally it.
However the counter arguement could be that it was a prize for winning the entire season after all, and it looks like it's more advanced than just a simple collection, if we take into consideration the beat box thing.
Announcer also says that this is the ONLY collection of the first 2 seasons in existence. Another consideration is that this is a magical, alien item, and that all these contestants are literally willing to sacrifice their lives for it.
Yeah, I’d say it was enough worth to consider this grand larceny.
