Do you put yourself the music that goes off during the formation lap ? There is no music when i do it in my gameplay.

I think you should increase the ai level again
There's some races where I might be quicker and some where I might be slower, but overall 98 AI seems to be the way to go for me. I found some setups improvements for Hungary which likely helped me gain some pace here, and the way Verstappen's race unfolded definitely took away some pressure as well.
He probably did the average of all the tracks. Like I use F1Laps, and I took all the different AI levels from that and added them up, then divided by the number of tracks to get the average and use that. Like he said, some you will be quicker and some you will be slower, like at tracks you aren't as good at. Which is only natural.
