Technically it's mainly 9/8 with the odd bar of 6/8 but if you're just playing the rhythm and singing, you can count it as mainly 3/4 with the odd bar of 2/4 at the end of sections where he sings. Then around 1:24 and later on he does what I'd count as a section of repeated 3/4, 2/4, 3/4, 1/4 (counted "1, 2, 3, stab, stab, 1, 2, 3, stab"). Just be sure to swing the rhythm a bit!
