My slayer team is sun breathing tanjiro and zentsu because zentsu is fast so it gives time to block and gives so much range

Don't forget get creative! Some teams can have unconventional synergies that you'll have to create yourself. Not just damage but some surrounding meter recharge, knockdowns, and grabs conversion.

@@cursedweaponkenjaku888 it matters alot more than you think, a simple assist mistake can cause you to drop a win.
Seeing how unique the Demons were, I'm super excited for Tengen. I hope he adds something new that Assists will be able to further improve!

I usually go lore accurate teams whenever I play games like these so my squad will probably be tengen and tanjiro
Inosuke is hot and he has the closest breath to wind breathing in the game which is my favorite breath and I used to play hinokami zenitsu but then I found out zenitsu was a tier so I quit playing him but I keep hinokami tanjiro even though he’s second to s tier so I guess I just ended up picking up a more accurate team

I like using Murata as a active character and Giyu as a assist.
if they do a sequel they should add a career mode with your custom character. it will have a story like let's say 2k and u can keep playing offline or with friends. it's definitely a lot to ask for but the game would be so much fun
They could just do a xenoverse style story for a sequel with CaC

So i actually play Sabito and Rengoku, and I’ve been creating damage routes to make up for Sabito’s damage output. Timing, and outside normal combos can really make some fun routes as well as optimal damage. Also, Blazing Universe does well to get your opponent airborne for Sabito to do more damage. I’ll be doing a guide so i hope you’ll be willing to check it out when it’s up because i feel that Sabito can actually do so much more then people realize

I like using Rengoku and Urokodaki I just have the most fun with them

Personally I main Hinokami Tanjiro and Shinobu as a team, idk if this is good but I work well with them
Shinobu is one of the best supports in the game.

One thing you may be forgetting after using the DP with rengoku then call support is the support blocks when dashing in so even if it doesn’t block stun there is still not enough time for them to get to you because the support will block them from dash or they will have to side step which still takes to long and you can react by then.
You actually can parry rengokus slam down fire ball btw! Not easy but it’s cool .

i like using giyuu as my main then hinokami or shinobu as my assist
then enmu for demon
Shinobu and hinokami gonpachiro is a good team because you can do swift thrust and summon tanjiro to do a scorching rush and spam Swift thrust then on last energy/breathing bar use six fold thrust and into some square attacks

I play Makomo & Water Tanjiro as their damage output is INSANE. There is a consistent combo off of Makomo Water Wheel for 3 bars that does 40% damage. Makomo's recovery is always covered by Tanjiro, and vice versa. Tanjiro even helps with her resets due to Waterfall.

Great Video! 🔥but you can definitely parry Rengoku Flame Tiger and it’s even easier to parry when he does it in the air
Suggestion: tier list based off of assists
Omg Y’all need to use rengoku with zenitsu and the good thing with that team is you can take down so much of the opponents health along with that you can take down 100% of their health when in surge and ultimate
Same if you match em with Giyu
I love using Rengoku with Shinobu assist, especially to catch some players by surprise with the tracking Shinobu has in occasions I'm about to get hit.
And I 've been maining Nezuko and Rengoku before any tier list

Yo! I’ve been watching your videos for awhile! Then demon slayer was announced for switch so I watched a lot more and now I’ve pre ordered it (for the academy characters) and it comes out tomorrow! I’ve always had a suspicion that tengen would come out during the switch release. If you make a video covering the switch port I’ll post this comment on that video again but thank you for hyping me up abt the game and teaching me all there is to know about it

Rengoku with Water Tanjiro has definitely been top tier for me since the game dropped
I now want to see more pros play hinokami makomo or the other way around

I like using Zenitsu and Saboto, there is some gaps but I make it work.
Globku you forgot eight other dlc characters in my hero one's justice 2 for the tier list
Tengen like inosuke has a lot of strikes which means he’ll do less damage as the combo goes on, so we want someone with a single hard striking attack so I’m thinking zenitsu or sabito would be good maybe rengoku too
I personally loved Zenitsu + Inosuke synergy

I'm still open for having the options for slayers fight solo but they gain 2 additional moves as their own version of demon bar

All fun and games until kokushibo comes out
Rengoku and giyu are a good team together I like uses that with high school giyu
Sun and Moon would be a great combination for me(basically a slayer and a demon)

I don't know how great the synergy actually is but I like to play inosuke point and sarutobi as assist just because he is the only assist I know of that can pick up from boar rush
I used the makomo hinokami team for like months now, i use water surface slash to combo extend with cross slash tho. I can TOD akaza with his invincible dp and a boost, no ultimate
Do you have any tips as for who might combo well with Nezuko aside from Rengoku? I've been using Giyu with Nezuko and vice versa, and they've been working sort of well together, but I'd love to hear your input. Thanks!
When I play slayers I usually play rengoku and water tanjiro which works well especially with Rengoku tilt skill into switch but I have wanted to try Rengoku with hinokami
I been maining Hinokami and Rengoku since the game came out and they're pretty good for each other ngl, they deal really good damages and Rengoku works well for my Hinokami resets

I like just trying out different people Zenitsu is my main but it's been hard to decide on a second character I've played nezuko tanjrio and inoskue it's all down to personal preference

It’s crazy because I wanted to join the combo event globku hosted 2-3 weeks or so back but could not. There was a rengoku and water tanjiro combo I wanted to show off. If you dp with rengoku in the combo, call tanjiro’s water basin in just before you dp and you will have a moment to ult afterwards. Should I make a video on it to make it clearer?

My main slayer team when I lose with Akaza is Murata and Nezuko(Murata is my main dps in this)

What if gyuutaro and tengen works
You have NEVER told anyone that so I'd like to ask, how do you CHOOSE whether you want Giyuu for example to use the water wheel or the water dragon, when he's your assist?
And can you PLEASE explain things for everybody like:
•Punish
•DP
•Tilt Skill
•Plus unblock
•unblock stun
•Side step
Things like that cuz there's NO video that explains this stuff.
Here we go...
There's an attack that comes out with the assist button (water dragon) and another with the assist button while tilting the left thumbstick (water wheel).
Punish: opponent did something unsafe, you blocked and were able to deal damage afterwards, before they could recover.
DP: Comes from Street Fighter (Dragon Punch). It's mostly used in fighting games to describe a move that's that's invincible on startup.
Tilt skill: tilt the left thumbstick, hit the skill button.
Plus on block: a move that, if blocked, you recover faster than your opponent's blockstun, so you can usually keep up the pressure.
Blockstun: when you block a move, you're stunned and cannot leave block for a certain amount of time.
Sidestep... this is in the game tutorial man...
