Loved the last POV video you posted with the Miata. Was thinking about buying one and watched your video and instantly fell in love. 5 months and 7k miles later with my white ‘94 so happy to see another video with the Miata. Cheers!
Ah dude this is such a cool story! Sounds like the NA has been treating you well man. I’m happy for you. Enjoy it!

1:55 that laugh of pure joy😂, I've been a car guy most of my life and I'm getting so close to finally being able to experience driving properly, I can't wait for that feeling
I had to wait 22 years to finally be in a position to buy my Civic Si. Definitely a much better experience than the boring cars I was used to being around growing up. The peppy motor, sporty suspension, LSD and manual transmission are all so fun!
I was never particularly interested in the MX-5 until my mother needed a new car and had always wanted an MX-5.... and I spent weeks informing myself about the four generations, before we looked at the first pre-facelift NB.... and funnily enough, it was the right one and her 60th birthday present from me.
I also fell in love with the car and now want my own NB, a 2001 - 2005 NB-FL to be exact. The NB's are extremely susceptible to rust, but are otherwise as reliable as a Swiss clockwork.
Outside of coolant hoses and O2 sensors, rust is probably the miata’s number one enemy.
Wow she sounds and looks healthy! I’m sure she drives great
Perfect car for having fun
I just love the interior of the nb
The mushroom sound put a smile on my face ❤
This vid made me love my miata even moar!
I was waiting for this video. Thank you very much. From Japan
I got a few more Miata vids like this in the works. Cheers from America 🇺🇸
Man i wish i had some roads like this near me
This isn’t super close to where I live, but I’m glad it’s not crazy far out.
@@bendagaWait, where is this?
I'm in the Pacific Northwest, and would love to make that drive

its nice to know im not the only one with 4th gear rattle, ive read all the forums no1 know what the noise comes from or how to get rid of it, even mazda specialists dont know
glad to see you are ok .it's been a while
Hey Alfred! Great to hear from you. I’m all good, just took a little social media break this summer. I’ll be posting regularly again.
I live in bellingham I'm about to get a miata, crazy to stumble upon this video after fantasizing about driving my new miat on Chuck haha
That looked like so much fun. My friend has a silver one.
Chuckanut is so beautiful and amazing to drive on.
Gage clusters had me thinking 🤔
Nice video
getting my 2003 NB in 1 month, im hyped af!!!
how did it go ??
is that transmission scraping noise bad? mine makes similar noise it might be louder than yours, I can kinda hear it on acceleration sometimes and is louder on decel, bit of a whine sometimes to.
What’s your dashboard? It’s so interesting i want one for a miata if ever
Dude how tall are you, I always wanted a Miata, but I'm 6'3 so I'm really concerned about buying an old one and not being able to comfortably drive for an hour or two. Also this POV is amazing. Absolutely love that top down experience
what brand are those tires and what size are they
Just a cold air intake huh? All stock or wat sounds sweet bro
Which intake does your miata have?
My 2000 as Tan seats. But I have to ask? What is up the the tack and the speed o. Why are they upside down?
1:24 video start, you're welcome
What roads are these? I live in Washington too! :)
whered you get the instrument cluster
Makes me wanna build my uncle's 2002 Avensis,i heard it can take some hp
Beautiful video, scenery, and car! Do you just use a standard GoPro for recording, or do you use other supplemental audio equipment?
Thanks! I am running both the GoPro and an external audio setup.
Nice, i really enjoyed watching this :) Can you please share your setup, how you filmed this?
Thanks! Maybe I can make a video on my setup? It’s a bit complicated to explain in a yt comment..
@@bendagaWhy not, waiting for that setup video :)
How hard is to turn around your dashboard tachometers?
Is that chuckanut drive?
Is it stock?
What’s up with the gauges? Not hating, genuinely curios!
Stock?
Oh lol u have the same weird problem as me with the airbag light that turns off when you clutch/shift and turns on when accelerating strongly 😂
Do you know why it is like that? it’s hella weird
What is the code on the engine light?
Airbag light
Stock exhaust ? Seems pretty loud for standard
I believe so. Maybe what you're hearing is either the external mic or the intake.
Definitely intake sound mines stock and sounds exactly the same
Are those streets common in the US. On my last vacation in the US the streets where straight and wide everywhere.
In europe this would be a common street.
No not common in many parts of the country
What area do you live in? Its beautiful
Pnw
Is that a 1.6 or a 1.8 ?
1.8
ah yes.... he is having airbag problems just like the rest of us xD
Downhill.. meh
Is this version does have air conditioned?
