- An Orlando man, who built a life for himself in Florida, is now stuck in Haiti.
Gerson Joseph was on the deportation flight last week that went from Louisiana to Miami to Haiti.
Joseph had no idea he was being sent out of the country.

I don’t remember the time period, but many Cubans were getting on any kind of flotation devices they could get and getting to Florida. I never heard that they were immediately returned to Cuba. They were the first country that they invaded an attempted their magnificently wrong nation building, well before Japan, Korea, (the only two they ever got right) Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, and it's probably a few more that I missed, oh yeah definitely. Since every country that they failed at with nation building some of that population was it allowed entry into the United States. Why not the Haitians ???
