Sem Meijer unfortunately this is the way the modern day car industry works with all the strict homologation regulations. (Which will be getting even worse soon...🤦🏼♂️) But Lamborghini will try to make their cars always as loud and good sounding as possible!
Greetings from germany😀 I love your channel and it has big potential to get very huge! This video is fantastic. I think this noise even in low revs just charakterizes the Aventador, you can hear it from miles away and the sound is just unmistakable. When you hear it, you know it’s an Aventador. I’ve always been a little bit disappointed of the Aventador S, cause it could sound so amazing, even better than the first Aventador but it just doesn‘t open the valves in low revs. If I get an Aventador S one day, I know what to do👍
MK 111 Thank you so much for your kind words! I’ll definitely do my best to make this channel into something great! I had exactly the same experience! The V12 in the Aventador has such an iconic tone to it and it is now finally fully unleashed with this valve control unit! It is the best and only modification that the car needs!
Ahmad Ajmal thanks mate! I just (re)started doing RUclips so it still is quite new. But plenty more is to come here on this channel!! Thanks for commenting and subscribing!🙏🏻
Jeroen Mul Thanks for your quick respond. I’m expecting a vlog more on your Racing world! It will be great to see more of behind the scenes! All the best my man 🙌🏼
Where did you mount the antenna cable and ground wire? I'm about to install this on my 2018 avent s roadster. Beautiful spec roadster. Mine is a nero granatus roadster.
We ziptied the antenna along the lines that are running on the right side of the engine bay. And the we screwed the ground wire onto an empty screw hole also on the right hand side. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of this.. Let me know if you run into any issues!
@@jeroenmulNL Thanks for your response Jeroen. So the antenna cable does not have to be screwed in? Just zip tie it? Do you have any problems with the unit such as valves not opening and closing on demand from remote? I installed a forza unit and I'm having some problems so I want to install the Capristo unit. Thanks!
Hi there, just a quick question, it is legal? I mean what about the Lamborghini revision? Do you have to remove it in order to get it accepted? Or Lamborghini would accept that little modification anyway? Thanks in advance.
hey Jaroen great video, but what Lamborghini says about the conversion 😁 how about the next video, a description of how to operate the gearbox of the aventador s properly?
Jeroen Mul, i am a professional technician at lamborghini and i would interest your profesional description / explanation because the gearbox is very unique 😁
I really didn't understand. If you want the exhaust valves open constantly, then just drive in Sport mode? Why did you need to install an exhaust valve control unit? Great video, nonetheless!
Mohamed - Thank you for your question! As standard in any Aventador the valves will not open fully when switching from Strada to sport. For the LP700 and LP750 SV there was indeed an official “sound update” available which was a software package that could be installed by the official dealer to make this indeed happen. But this software package never came available for the Aventador S and now also isn’t available anymore for all the previous models. Hence this solution 😉
Hi Jeroen I assume you speak dutch? In any case, I am from Amsterdam as well and I would love to help you out as a camera man, so you'll perhaps get more enjoyable videos, instead of the selfie shot. Would love to meet up, I sold my M5 V10 E60 a few months ago, so I am a petrolhead myself, not to mention Lamborghini is my favorite brand. Looking forward hearing from you
Damn, that's how it should come from factory! Nice one mate.

It does sound nice with the valve open and makes even a short drive around town an occasion, great video and thanks for sharing it.
Awesome specced Lamborghini Aventador S roadster❤️❤️❤️
Alexander Nout 🙏🏻
Love your videos mate! Didn’t know that you do sort of vlog videos. I’m a follower and now a sub as well 👍🏻

Ahmad Ajmal working on that as we speak!😉
The LP700s and SV used to allow you to open the valves with the sports & racing exhaust... not sure why they removed this feature from the S.
Ha Jeroen, I'm here because I saw you in Tim's channel. Na deze video gezien te hebben heb je er een nieuwe sub bij.
Keep it up !
so am i

@@jeroenmulNL Ahaaaa!
Well that explains a lot!!! Thank you for your answer!!! It does sound much better and deeper than standard Aventador S's.

👍👍👍👍✌
Why? Play with these cars on the racetrack, but not in the cities.
