Chile Visa for Indians | Step by Step Process

- Chile Visa for Indians is not as complicated as it used to be.
For starters, Indians with a valid US or Schengen Visa no longer need a Visa for Chile.
Also, the visa is now for 90 days which was 60 days when I went in 2016.
For anyone traveling long term or traveling Chile along with Argentina, remember to apply for 'Multiple entry Visa'.

Hi Manisha! After submitting your application did you get an email after a few days stating that the visa is in process? Or was the first email you received was for the interview already?
My husband and daughter got an email after 3 days after submitting that their visa was in process and after 2 days they got another email stating that they are scheduled for interview. While for my application the only email i got was application received until now. Just wondering if it’s possible that the email i hope will be receiving is for the interview already and they skip the visa in process.
Really desperate because our flight is end of november. :(
Good tips thanks
I'm glad it was helpful :)

Hi it’s been like 3 week still I haven’t get any updates on my application it says waiting do you have any guess why I might taking so long time
Could be a good idea to write to the embassy and check the status.
How do we get to live in Chile permanently?!?
I'd recommend you look up permanent residency requirements. I have never tried that route.
@@TheSoleSpeaks oh I see well I'm from Kerala and have a friend there who's willing to let me stay with her permanently , well I was wondering how many times I'll have to go there and everything else
Your are a traveler or loving in South America
In Oct 2016, I quit my corporate job and went traveling to south america. I ended up traveling in Latin America for a year and then continued traveling in India until I exhausted all my money and had to take up paid work.

Unfortunately, there is no gf/bf Visa. You would still have to apply for Tourist Visa. Hope the video helps in applying for the same.

Hello dear I checked the blogpost, im wondering if I need to send any hard copies to anyone before they contact me
@@meghrihassakorsian3662 Oh no, no need to send any hard copied until you are expected to come to the embassy (the status would then change to something related to payment like 'Pagar')
