I guess your problem may be caused by the spine version. in spine 3.8 and below, you need to set keyframe 0,90,270,0 to rotate a bone 360 degrees clockwise, in above 3.8, setting 0,360 is ok.
Oh Thanks, i don't think that was the issue though. It just flattened everything when I turnering it 180. Anyway, I started over, and didn't have the same issue.
