Hi Jenny, I’m a 63 year old man who has been trying to figure out how to stay fit , I wanted to try working out at home, but didn’t know where to start. My wife is a fan of yours, she works out every day, she told me about this work out and I tried it for the first time today. I’ve never used resistance bands and frankly I had my doubts, but wow was I wrong! I feel like I just had a tough work out at the gym! I just subscribed to your channel so keep up the good work! By the way, I’m working around old lower back injuries and shoulder injuries and the resistance bands don’t hurt the way weights do. Thanks again!
Hi Jenny... At 73, I’m still cautious about heading to the gym! I’ve done all of your excellent cardio workouts and stretching videos; but I’ve hesitated on this resistance band workout. HOWEVER, having gotten the “courage” to try, I have to say, this is really great. It’s hard... and I work for sure... but how effective! Thank you for these videos. I feel better during this crazy pandemic than ever before, routinely doing a workout almost daily.
Today was the second time I did this video, (planning on doing it every other day). Wow! Talk about burn!!! 🔥 My right arm has lymphedema from cancer surgery. I call it my Popeye arm. Part of my armpit to the outer shoulder area has no feeling anymore. Well, that is until this workout! By the twelfth count my arms are jerking and burning, but your encouragement keeps me going. I sound like a broken record when I say your videos are superb! No matter what the challenge we may face, no matter what age or ability level you find a way to facilitate activity! I've been using them as part of my home physical training programme since March when we locked down in England and my hoped for hip replacent got postponed. So I exercised each day until I had my op early September. Just this week I've returned to exercising again. Your films really help as part of my plan to return to fitness again. Thank you Jenny! I am a 64 year old nurse and LOVE your channel! When COVID shut down my gym and I began doing telemedicine visits sitting in a chair at my home, I could tell I was getting weaker. I found your channel in April and I LOVE all of your workouts and how you explain the muscle groups and different levels of exercise intensity. We have been doing one of your aerobic routines at least five days a week since the start of social distancing. Today, I viewed your resistance band routine and used it to cherry pick several exercises to add to my current band workout. Thanks so much for all of the workouts you've provided. Your personality and cheer have been so very motivating and have given just the push that my wife and I needed to keep moving during this long isolation. On some of your videos, you mention your location: Raleigh. Thank you for doing this video. I had to give away my weights a few years ago because I was being a nomad. So I only have a band, and this was a really tough workout for me. I know ini 2 days. I will be in the epsom salt bath and having trouble sitting and reaching but it's all good. I'm on the way to getting fit again. I was big into exercise in my 30s and 40s and even 50s. Now I'm in my 60s and I need to get back to it. My mother is 85 and has been exercising for 60+ years, so she is doing well and looks good. I have 20 years to catch up to her.

Hi Jenny. I started to follow your videos on the first week of lockdown here in British Columbia Canada. Your workouts have more than made up for the closing of our fitness center. Now into week 17 in the UK of doing a mix and match of all the workouts and I really like this one. It's so good to be able to do a combination of strength training and then follow it up with an aerobic session. I also love the senior boot camp video! For the first time in my life I am exercising every day and bits of my figure I thought were gone forever have started to re-emerge!!! Thanks Jenny and keep them coming.

I started this workout mainly because you are a physical therapist and you know proper form! This was wonderful and the 40 minutes flew by. I am 72 years old and after years of lifting weights, which bore me, I love the bands! Please make more full body workout, please ❤️🙏🏻

I really appreciate your videos. The variety of selections keeps me motivated; I get bored easily. :) Would you post or make a video on how to select the correct pounds in weights and correct resistance in bands? I feel I'm getting stronger and need to increase resistance. But I do not want to risk an injury. You also have a beautiful home. I enjoy seeing where you will be next. :)

Today was the second time I did this video, (planning on doing it every other day). Wow! Talk about burn!!! 🔥 My right arm has lymphedema from cancer surgery. I call it my Popeye arm. Part of my armpit to the outer shoulder area has no feeling anymore. Well, that is until this workout! By the twelfth count my arms are jerking and burning, but your encouragement keeps me going. I sound like a broken record when I say your videos are superb! No matter what the challenge we may face, no matter what age or ability level you find a way to facilitate activity! Thank you for doing this video. I had to give away my weights a few years ago because I was being a nomad. So I only have a band, and this was a really tough workout for me. I know ini 2 days. I will be in the epsom salt bath and having trouble sitting and reaching but it's all good. I'm on the way to getting fit again. I was big into exercise in my 30s and 40s and even 50s. Now I'm in my 60s and I need to get back to it. My mother is 85 and has been exercising for 60+ years, so she is doing well and looks good. I have 20 years to catch up to her.

Now into week 17 in the UK of doing a mix and match of all the workouts and I really like this one. It's so good to be able to do a combination of strength training and then follow it up with an aerobic session. I also love the senior boot camp video! For the first time in my life I am exercising every day and bits of my figure I thought were gone forever have started to re-emerge!!! Thanks Jenny and keep them coming.

I started this workout mainly because you are a physical therapist and you know proper form! This was wonderful and the 40 minutes flew by. I am 72 years old and after years of lifting weights, which bore me, I love the bands! Please make more full body workout, please ❤️🙏🏻

The variety of selections keeps me motivated; I get bored easily. :) Would you post or make a video on how to select the correct pounds in weights and correct resistance in bands? I feel I'm getting stronger and need to increase resistance. But I do not want to risk an injury. You also have a beautiful home. I enjoy seeing where you will be next. :)
