I'm a man in my 50's, so I'm not much of a cook, but you have been a really big help to me thank you. Oh, and a couple of your kids are the absolute spitting image of you! Anyway ... it's a very good, very useful channel that is helping people, and is much appreciated, so keep up the great work...
Love your willingness to show us you cooking in the middle of the renovation. It gives your channel a real-life feel that you don't get on RUclips often. You seem very relatable!
I just made the meatballs in my air fryer for the first time. This is a game changer!!! It was fast, easy to clean up and there was no greasy haze left over from traditionally pan frying them. Thanks for your tips!
I love your cookbook. Lots of beautiful photographs, it's on a spiral binding so I can fold it back on itself, it's got that wipe off coating. And then there are the recipes! I have so much fun following along with you when you demo a recipe from your cookbook. Did I mention, I LOVE LOVE YOUR COOKBOOK? Also you crack me up because you don't take yourself too seriously. Keep up the great work.
Hi Cathy … Ve here all the way from Bonny Scotland 🏴 you have inspired me to buy a Cosori air fryer which has been delivered today 😃 sooooo…. looking forward to getting started & it’s great to know someone with your knowledge is just a click away …. Keep up the good work 👍
Wow, I tried the pork tenderloin today just the way you prepared it, since I purchased the cosori 5.8. I was not disappointed, it came out delicious. My husband was amazed as well. Thank you for your RUclips videos, I'm learning so much from you.
Omg I'm addicted to her channel... I'm just watching air fryer things in this channel all day... Auto play on... I just let it play in the background...
OMG I think I LOVE YOU. My air-fryer has changed my previously NON cooking life. You have added variety and things I loved that I was unsure how to cook in an air-fryer. (meat and bacon!) Thank you.
Cathy this is an awesome video! Even though I cook all the recipes in your cookbook it’s great to watch you make them. Your children are great and honest taste testers and so willing to participate which is a real bonus! Your kitchen is really attractive and coming along nicely. Thanks for all your dedication teaching us all about air fryer cooking! 🤗💕❤️😍🤩
Wow! These look soooo awesome! I have 3 teenage grands who could totally do these! The littlest one could easily help with some of it, too! Thank you for the great video! 💙💜❤
Pork tenderloin is one of Hubby's fave things I make in my air fryer. Quick, easy and tasty. I change up the marinade for different flavors each time. LOVE YOUR COOKBOOK.
Hi Cathy I purchased my first Air Fryer last week and have used it about 3 times so far it's about the same size as your Phillips one and comes with presets on. I got the Bonsenkitchen Air Fryer, 6L Large Capacity Air Fryer for £53 on Amazon last week and this week it's £70. The one thing I like about the Air Fryer is that it is a much cleaner and healthier way to cook and like you mentioned (in many of your videos I have recently watched since purchasing one myself) they are so easy to clean and I always clean it after dinner whilst doing the washing up. Before this, I used a Deep Fat Fryer and even though the one I had for the last 12 years was in perfectly good working condition I decided to go down this route because I hated changing the oil and cleaning the thing. To be honest it never got cleaned as much as it should have been if the truth be told 😊😊😊. What I will say though is that there is no way an Air Fryer can cook chips faster than a Deep Fat Fryer and when it comes to the actual taste the Deep Fat Fryer will win every time in my book. If you like Oven chips (to which I don't and think they taste like rubbery cardboard including McCains) I will however say that chips done in an Air Fryer are better than done in the oven. I do not even like the chips in a chip shop here in the UK though I do like the chips that Chinese takeaways do which are reasonable. The thing about doing chips in an Air Fryer is that you are not really frying them and are actually baking them which can tend to give them a dry baked taste in relation to chips cooked in oil. The instructions to cook chips on my Air Fryer say to cook them at 200C for 15 to 20 minutes. That's a long time in comparison to my Deep Fat Fryer which took around 8 minutes to heat up 6 litres of oil and 3 minutes to cook the chips which would come out perfect every time. I did Fish and chips in my air fryer yesterday and although the fish was done in 12 minutes even after 20 minutes the chips were not all golden brown I actually cooked them for 24 minutes and they were far from perfect. I even shook them four times during the cooking process The only way you will get your chips golden brown all over in an Air Fryer is to do a lot more than shaking the basket and to literally take your time and turn them all over 😊😊😊. What I will say about the Air Fryer though is that it cooks other things really well such as the fish, for example, I also did breadcrumb coated chicken breasts in it and like the fish I thought they tasted better than doing them in the oven. I think the downside of the Air Fryer is doing chips in the thing. Now I mostly use frozen chips and I even tried putting a bit of oil on them yesterday to see if that would help them brown easier but the result was just the same without oil I felt. To be honest I am not sure it is wise to use oil on frozen chips though I put some on after cooking them for 4 minutes and not straight away. So at least they were defrosted by then. Don't get me wrong I am not knocking the Air Fryer and just merely giving you some of my honest initial thoughts about it since purchasing one. Actually, it was through watching some of your videos that made me buy an Air Fryer in the first place and it was the one where you cook a whole chicken in it. I was well impressed with that video and as much as I can cook most things when it comes to Sunday dinners with a roast I've always left that to my wife or daughter to do and have never really had the confidence to cook a joint of meat or a chicken for example in an oven. It was seeing that video of yours that made me think that I could get to do a Sunday dinner after all 😊😊😊. Now the reason I came here today was to pick your brains and not write a book as in the 6 paragraphs I have just written 😊😊😊. I have watched some of your tips and tricks videos but still have not found an answer anywhere as to how to use the Air Fryer to cook two things at once as I have been doing with fish and chips. The thing that confuses me is the presets. My one has around 8 of them and it has one for chips or fries and also fish. Having looked at them they both use the same temperature of 200C and it's only the cooking time that is different. For example, I used the fries preset to do both the chips and fish and started with the chips first and then put the fish in after to make sure the fish was not overcooked. So which one do you use or is it better not to use any presets at all and just use the temperature and timing buttons. Another thing I see you go on about is Pre-Heat. Now as far as I can make out my Air Fryer does not come with a Pre-Heat button though it does mention something about pre-heat in the instructions but very little to actually get your finger around it. I can only presume regarding pre-heating that you could put the air fryer on for about 4 or 5 minutes with nothing in it and then pop your food in the basket to start cooking. This may also speed up the cooking time from what I can gather though I have not tried it yet. The other thing is that here in the UK electricity has shot up to double what it used to be. It's also going up another 25% in October so I am not sure that this pre-heating lark is a good thing right now with the cost of things. The other thing I wanted to pick your brains about was one of the tools you recommend I think in your whole chicken video. I clicked on the link and ordered the Lavatools PT12 Javelin Digital Instant Read Meat Thermometer on Amazon UK. I actually ordered it with the Air Fryer at the same time but what I found is that this tool does not come with any instructions. Now I have never used one of these things in my life before though I have seen people in places like Gregs Bakers and Dominoes Pizza use them and I can only presume they're used to get the right temperature so the food is consistent every time. But how on earth are you supposed to know what the right temperature is if it does not tell you. Very weird that it came with no instructions. I can only presume I will have to google it to find the answer 😊😊😊. Finally, another thing I noticed you use a lot is Avacado Oil. Now I can only presume you are American and live in America Cathy and things over there are a lot cheaper than here in England. I popped down to my local shopping centre and not one of the 4 supermarkets sold Avacado Oil. So I had a look on Amazon and I can see why 😊😊😊. They must think this stuff is Liquid Gold with the price they are charging for it 😊😊😊. A 1-litre bottle cost £18 whereas a 1-litre bottle of cooking oil cost £1. No wonder the supermarkets don't stock it cause it's too expensive. Now don't get me wrong I do spend more on other oils when I cook Chinese and Italian for example though they are generally around £3 or £4 for a smaller bottle such as Olive and Peanut oil for example. Now the smaller bottles of Avacado oil on Amazon are £8.99 and I think it's a ridiculous price to pay for such a thing so I won't be using that 😊😊😊. I do know with the Air Fryer it doesn't take a lot of oil but even so, I find that price well over the odds. Any way Cathy I enjoy your videos and you do a FANTASTIC! job of presenting them which is why I have subscribed. I shall try your Whole chicken recipe only without the Avacado Oil 😊😊😊. I am still experimenting with my Air Fryer and I do find them very simple to use and am pleased with my purchase. You have some GREAT! ideas of things to cook in it as well as in this video and may seek out your cookbook later.
Congrats on your new cooktop! Your new kitchen is beautiful by the way! Never thought about cooking hamburger in the airfryer like that - I'm totally trying it! Luv your videos!
Hello Cathy!!! All your recipes today really look mighty tasty. I be trying these soon. Wish I had enchilada sauce. I was making chicken 🐔 fajitas.I would have changed my menu!!! Great video my friend!!!...
Hi, I'm new to your channel just bought my first airfryer, used it for the first time baking French fries of course. Never knew you could use it for so much more than that. Your recipes look great, but I have 5 kids and we always eat sitting at the table together each evening. So wonder if I can use it to cook for all 7 of us at the same time.
Yum.....my mouth was watering, these all look so so good! I really enjoy watching your kitchen come together, thanks for sharing that part too! I am curious about the new Cosori you started this video with, a dual something????
I just got your cookbook & love it along with my new Cosori Dual Blaze. Do I need to adjust time and/or Temps for the Blaze? I've used three of your recipes so far & they came out great! Congratulations on a beautiful family.
Hi @K T, I've noticed that with the Dual Blaze cooking times and temps are the same, you just don't need to flip. Thanks for all your support. I really appreciate it!
I know this isn’t the video- but I made your whole chicken recipe last night! (The one with all the great spices, like ground mustard, sage, thyme, and a few more) I was so excited!! It turned out VISUALLY BEAUTIFUL!!! And the taste was AMAZING!!!!
I’ve my name is Jan and i have been watching your recipes all week after finding you on you tube. I’m a big fan of air fryers and now have 3 models that do all sorts of different methods and all I can say is i haven’t used my regular oven for months now. Love love love your easy no fuss meals and treats i am so glad I found your you tube channel. Im in the uk how can i get your book, I’m kind of that mad cookbook lady, you know how some women have dozens of hand bags, or shoes, nah! Not me, i am all for a good cookbook and would love to get yours too, so please could you let me know if there is anywhere in the uk I can buy it, thank you and please keep those videos coming x
where can i buy your cookbook...I'm in Australia, and have just bought a small air fryer, but your recipes are fabulous and I need to get your measurments etc etc ... thank you
Cathy, Your videos are awesome! I have had my air fryer for about a week and we are getting use out of it every day! Going to make your recipes! Thank you! By the way, your children are really adorable and sweet♥
I am new to air frying and appreciate your videos and will be purchasing your cookbook. I think I do have a question though, so when you’re doing certain recipes and you say cook it. I’m not clear if I should be just using the air fryer mode for everything except dessert baking? HELP!
My Cosori air fryer doesn't have these different settings or modes. I've used other air fryers with different settings and I've noticed that they are like temp & time presets and they don't actually change how the food cooks. With that being said, you can use any of the modes when cooking and just change the temp and time for what the recipe calls for.
Good question. It mostly comes with time and a lot of practice. Sorry that isn't the most helpful answer, but I do share a few tips I've picked up when deciding temp and time in this video ruclips.net/video/RGCSvY7Z9F8/видео.html
I just found your channel today and have been binge watching!! Love your videos! I have yet to purchase an air fryer, but very ready to. After doing research today I am thinking to get the Cosori Dual Blaze air fryer. How soon will you have the video out reviewing it?
Hello Cathy. I bought a new aur fryer because of your videos and the recipes you share. Tonight I'm making the balsamic chicken and veggies. I didn't have frozen chicken and yours looked liked it was pre-cooked. My question is, can I house raw chicken tenderloins cut the same size as the veggies and marinate it along with the veggies? Or, should I cook the chicken first? I can't wait to get your cookbook!
This super helpful accept live in uk we work in centigrade so just have to do temperature conversions . Love these videos recipes are great thank you 😊
Hi! You have a new AF salmon, potatoes, and brussel sprouts dinner recipe...you mention a maple bacon seasoning, and linked it to amazon... BUT there are several to choose from...which one do You use? Luv your channel👏🙂
My cookbook does not have nutritional information, sorry! However, a majority of the recipes are on my website, and you can find nutritional information there! fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/
Congratulations on getting the stovetop installed :) All the recipes looked amazing. I am going to have to get your cookbook and I'm leaning towards the new air fryer too!
We recently got a Ninja Foodi XL Pro Smart Air Oven. I know you use the usual Air Fryers, but wonder how these times/temps translate using a bigger air fry/air oven type device we got. Any suggestions?
I don't have a lot of experience with air fryer ovens, so I don't have exact advice for you. You can try starting with 1/2 to 3/4 of the time I use and then add more time as needed. The most helpful thing will be to get an instant read thermometer to take the internal temp of the foods so you have a better idea of how much more time you need to add. I have this free internal temperature chart for meats and baked goods that can help you out. bit.ly/air-fryer-tips
Thank you for posting another great video! Love your cookbook and am learning so much from your amazing channel. Question: Would it be more practical to own two air fryers so that the food comes out hot at the same time? E.g. Cooking salmon in one and the vegetable in the other. Thanks
Great question. I love having two air fryers for this reason. However, there are some entire meal recipes that you can make in one air fryer. For example, I recently shared this potato, brussels sprouts, and salmon recipe for the air fryer on my website - fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/air-fryer-salmon-brussels-sprouts-and-potato-dinner/ or you can watch this video for more inspiration on how to cook entire meals in the air fryer ruclips.net/video/Qr7H-gp5Xj4/видео.html
I have the Brevelle Air Fryer Oven (I ADORE IT) and I have used it for years, I just bought the Cosori Pro II as a supplement smaller oven and I haven't used my actual oven in years. These two mini ovens are amazing
Could you show us each of your air fryers and it's features and price? I bought a Cosori, but it didn't have a shake button like I thought. Thanks for these, will be trying them.
I share a few air fryer reviews in this video ruclips.net/video/u-NazbwDZb0/видео.html and this one ruclips.net/video/zns23yaQ9hE/видео.html. The older Cosori model doesn't have the shake reminder button, but if you click on the snowflake button then adjust the temp and time for what you need, it will remind you at the halfway point to give things a shake.
Hi I am waiting for my air fryer to arrive, not sure if you get any instructions with it,timing etc, I have been watching your tips, on one of your videos you mentioned you can email instructions, not sure how this will work ?
I have a newsletter where I send out new recipes and with signing up I send you an internal temperature guide for cooking meats and baked goods in the air fryer. You can get all of that here at www.internaltemperaturechart.com/
Hi Kim, you can get that here- www.yummyairfryerrecipes.com/quick (if you are looking for quick cooking temp and time guide) or here www.internaltemperaturechart.com/ (if you are looking for internal temp guide)
My cookbook should be in the way, but I got the ebook too, & the ingredients for your balsamic veggie dish are in my fridge right now - I’m just going to use some different veggies 😁. I’m also planning on combining 2 of your recipes - chicken sausages, onions, baby potatoes & Brussels sprouts in a day or 2. I love recipes, but I try not to be a slave to the written recipes
That's awesome, Jeff! I'm so glad you are doing your own thing and figuring out what you like best with my recipes. It should be a source of inspiration, if anything!
Hi Cathy me & my hubby love ❤️ your channel ....Can I please ask do you have any plans to sell your Book in the 🇬🇧 UK... I looked on the website but couldn't see it for sale in the uk. Also your cook tools on amazon does the amazon in the uk 🇬🇧 sell them again I couldn't find them .... if you can't get your book in the uk have you thought of a kindle book look forward to hearing from you keep safe Angel hugs Sylvia and nick
Hi Sylvia! I'm so grateful your support! My cookbook ships international. If you are experiencing problems with this, will you email me at airfryers@fabulesslyfrugal.com so I can help troubleshoot? If you'd like the Kindle version of my cookbook, you can get it here: amzn.to/3LpZUwy
@@empoweredcooks I inherited an air fryer and had no idea that I couldn’t live without one until I started experimenting with it 😆 just ordered your book and excited to have fun with your recipes👍
Air fry at 400˚F/200˚C for 10 minutes. Flip tenderloin, then cook another 5-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145˚F/63˚C. Cooking time will vary depending your air fryer and size of tenderloin.
I made a couple of different beef recipes in this video - ruclips.net/video/OtzutdQ7sog/видео.html and here is how to cook a burger from frozen - ruclips.net/video/6oS7s7jwPvM/видео.html
I hooked up my cosori airfryer to the wifi but when I program it to do a cooking cycle it will not let me push start on the app and instead prompts me to push the start button on my airfryer manually. Do you know what I might be doing wrong?
I'm a man in my 50's, so I'm not much of a cook, but you have been a really big help to me thank you. Oh, and a couple of your kids are the absolute spitting image of you! Anyway ... it's a very good, very useful channel that is helping people, and is much appreciated, so keep up the great work...

Thanks so much!
Also, about the temp sheet where I get that
I love your cookbook. Lots of beautiful photographs, it's on a spiral binding so I can fold it back on itself, it's got that wipe off coating. And then there are the recipes!
(The one with all the great spices, like ground mustard, sage, thyme, and a few more)
I was so excited!! It turned out VISUALLY BEAUTIFUL!!! And the taste was AMAZING!!!!
Way to go!! 👏 I'm so glad it worked out for you and you loved it!
Awesome as always wow trying some of those recipes yum...
Kathy thank you so much from Italy verona :))
Thank you so much!
Hello 👋 how're you doing today?
How do you decide the temp and time for everything? You have so many great ideas. Thanks for sharing😀
I feel so early!!! Thank you for this i love your videos girl!
The chicken doesn't need to be cooked. You can marinate it with the veggies and then cook everything together.
Amazing videos Going to get your cook book for sure
Hope you enjoy!
Your cookbook arrived yesterday and I love it!!!! cant decide what to make first!!!
Yay! The chicken thighs on page 67 is one of my favorites from when I first started air frying! :)
This super helpful accept live in uk we work in centigrade so just have to do temperature conversions . Love these videos recipes are great thank you 😊
I try to include temp conversions in the description box of my videos :)
And if you decide to buy Cathy’s air fryer cookbook, in each recipe she’s added temps in both F and C . 😀😉👍🏽
I love my air-fry.
Haven't set the home on fire yet, so all is good.
Im gettin your book.
Way to go!
Enjoy your recipes for the air fryer very much. I need to know how I go about getting your recipe book. Thanks
Thanks for watching!! You can order the cookbook at www.yummyairfryerrecipes.com/
Great video as usual ❤Love your beautiful tastetesters !!
Thanks Theresa! ❤️
Hi! You have a new AF salmon, potatoes, and brussel sprouts dinner recipe...you mention a maple bacon seasoning, and linked it to amazon... BUT there are several to choose from...which one do You use? Luv your channel👏🙂
You can get any of them that works for your budget. :)
Love your recipes 😱😋
I can definitely vouch for your pork tenderloin. Totally yummy!
These all look great. I made the Hibachi Chicken from your cookbook last night. It turned out so good!
Yummy! That's one of my favorites!
Does your cookbook have nutritional information? It sounds great and it would help a lot if it did. Great videos! 😊😋
My cookbook does not have nutritional information, sorry! However, a majority of the recipes are on my website, and you can find nutritional information there! fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/
@@empoweredcooks That works for me! Thanks so much!
excellent!!
Congratulations on getting the stovetop installed :) All the recipes looked amazing. I am going to have to get your cookbook and I'm leaning towards the new air fryer too!
Were do I find your cook book. Can I buy it at a bookstore. Love your recipes they look yummy. Thank you. Be safe.
You can get it at YummyAirFryerRecipes.com
Just made the meatball sandwiches! AMAZING!
Yes!!! Soo good! I'm glad you enjoyed them!
Looks delicious
Hello 👋 how're you doing today?
Great Video! Will you be doing a review on the Corsori Dual Blaze?
Yes, stay tuned!
Ty for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching!
Im having great difficulty in buying your cookbook Is it only available in the US ?
If you get it from yummyairfryerrecipes.com, it will ship to anywhere in the world. On Amazon it only ships to the us.
I love the way the new air fryer looks. what was the sub rolls?
Maybe I can find them here.
We got them at our Kroger store. The brand was St Pierre Brioche Baguettes www.fredmeyer.com/p/item/0081166902065

Thank you!🙂

We don't have a Kroger but I will look for them in the stores here. 🙂
Hello 👋 how're you doing today?
Could you show us each of your air fryers and it's features and price? I bought a Cosori, but it didn't have a shake button like I thought. Thanks for these, will be trying them.
I share a few air fryer reviews in this video ruclips.net/video/u-NazbwDZb0/видео.html and this one ruclips.net/video/zns23yaQ9hE/видео.html. The older Cosori model doesn't have the shake reminder button, but if you click on the snowflake button then adjust the temp and time for what you need, it will remind you at the halfway point to give things a shake.
@@empoweredcooks Thanks!
What kind of cooktop did you get?
Hello 👋 how're you doing today?
THANKS!
Thx for watching! 😄
Would really love to hear your thoughts on some of these new air fryers that they have at Costco. Double layer, dual basket you name it.
thank you for your video.
Thanks for watching!
@@empoweredcooks U Welcome
I love veggies
Okay I want my vegetables to chop like yours do! 😆
How do I find a copy of your list of cooking temps?
Hi Kim, you can get that here- www.yummyairfryerrecipes.com/quick (if you are looking for quick cooking temp and time guide) or here www.internaltemperaturechart.com/ (if you are looking for internal temp guide)
Gotta use that pork marinade.💫👌😀
So if you only have ONE air fryer which parts of the meal do you let get cold while you do the other parts?
You can cover the food in foil to help it stay warm!
Do you love the new Cosori Dual Blaze or is it huge and cumbersome????
I definitely wouldn't consider it huge or cumbersome. I have a few more tests I need to run before I give my final verdict. :)
Hello, How do I order your recipe book (s)? I live in Canada.
YummyAirFryerRecipes.com!
Also your cook tools on amazon does the amazon in the uk 🇬🇧 sell them again I couldn't find them .... if you can't get your book in the uk have you thought of a kindle book look forward to hearing from you keep safe
Angel hugs

Have you used the cake pan? Why is the bottom center not cooked? I have to flip and cook another 5-6 mins.
Awesome!!!
Thanks Nancy!!
@@empoweredcooks I inherited an air fryer and had no idea that I couldn’t live without one until I started experimenting with it 😆 just ordered your book and excited to have fun with your recipes👍
Yes, experimenting is the best way to learn!
Awesome video
Thanks for the visit
What temp should the cooked pork tenderloin be at?
Air fry at 400˚F/200˚C for 10 minutes. Flip tenderloin, then cook another 5-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145˚F/63˚C. Cooking time will vary depending your air fryer and size of tenderloin.
Could pls comment on the air fryer ovens
I'm not a huge fan of them. I review one in this video - ruclips.net/video/u-NazbwDZb0/видео.html
I heard the new one with element on bottom was not a good idea...from reviews!
I have a a mega chef 👨🍳 air fryer baker griller lol I need help mostly baking corn bread, cakes and similar foods 🤷🏻♀️
I have yet to successfully cooked cake in the air fryer 😕
Curious, why oats instead of bread crumbs? That Balsamic chicken looks good AF.
The link to the cosori dual blaze is missing
Whoops, sorry about that! It is now in the description box!
Hello 👋 how're you doing today?

What's for dinner mammy?, 😊😊😊
How can I order your cook book?
Head over to YummyAirFryerRecipes.com to order a cook book :)
You are too funny…but love your recipes..the best…
I hooked up my cosori airfryer to the wifi but when I program it to do a cooking cycle it will not let me push start on the app and instead prompts me to push the start button on my airfryer manually. Do you know what I might be doing wrong?
I haven't used a wifi Cosori before so I am unsure.
Maybe that is in the programming so that you don't start it accidentally
Those look hell a good..Adopt me!!
SOO yummy! And sorry, my house is full! lol
Can I get your cook on Amazon?
yep! here's the link: airfryertools.com/
I would do it with rice.
I hate how easily swayed I am...I'm about to go cop that cook book...
Also, you have become my air fryer guru...thanks for the great content.
