It is contrary to Scripture to say we do things to get grace, aside from getting it from God's word. There is no biblical support for getting grace from the so-called disciplines. Grace is unmerited so we can do nothing to get it. Much of what is said in the video is true apart from spiritual disciplines which come from mysticism, monasticism, Eastern meditation practices, and misuse of Scripture.
