Phil Hooley is an accomplished Country and Americana singer/songwriter whose unique tone has a rich 'Dylan-esque grit.' Phil's songs are lyrically driven and thought-provoking. He has an easy stage presence and has received many plaudits for his live shows, it's no wonder he is a favourite on the festival circuit!
