Andrew, thank you for your informative videos! This series is fantastic; today, I got most of my answers right. I owe it to carefully following your explanations for the previous 30 questions. I’m confident I’ll keep improving and feel even more confident by the end of the series. Thanks again! ☺☺☺☺
Mindset is helping me do so much better. Also, these questions have helped me adopt practical real-time work approaches and fill in my skill set. Thank you Sir!
Hi Andrew, I have cleared the PMP exam on 24th Oct. I have taken the both 35 hours PMP course and cram course. It really helped for exam. Thanks and keep up your good work.
Hi Andrew. God bless you, I followed all through but I do ha ve a question tho. Must a project manager have a good knowledge about software development too
Hello Andrew, these videos and your explanations are excellent. Thank you so much. On Question Num 36, wouldn't "prioritization" be product owner's job and not project manager? I'm little confused. Why wouldn't B a possible answer as team needs to resolve the issue not the PM? just wondering. Appreciate your time.
For Ques#36: Since this is not an agile project and it's not product backlog prioritization. Also it's a potential risk and it's impact needs to be analyzed. Thanks.
Struggling with 37. Stakeholders' Information needs should have been defined on earlier stages. You should meet with each of them to understand how you can make the provided information more understandable for them (anyway how you can define the information needs without meeting with stakeholders?). So answer A is more correct in my opinion. For 39 also have doubts: a stakeholder request to change a schedule also requires a change request management. Fast-tracking introduces more risks and it's mentioned that the component is critical so we cannot just accept those risks. So postponing low priority elements sounds like a relevant solution here.
37 - You need to identify first the needs for your stakeholders and what information they want to receive (and update the stakeholder register). After that you can tailor your content based on the stakeholder's preference.
@Thekaihi we should never apply real world practical experience on the PMP exam. The grass is green on all sides as Andrew mentioned in his book PMP Exam Prep Simplified
Thanks a ton for your videos - I am buying your Udemy course to help me pass the exam. I have just got my application approved so I need all the help I can get.
We have been discussing the following question: How would you reply below? Midway through a project, a project manager learns that the project management planning application is failing to record updates to the project. What should the project manager do in this situation? A.Task a project team member to manually update the project plan from now on. B.Inform the project management office (PMO) and have them resolve this issue. C.Update the project plan to allow the project team to focus on the project deliverables. D.Record this issue in the issue register and work with the sponsor to implement a new project management application.
Hey Andrew, take my greetings. Can you please tell me what is the percentage of ultra hard questions be in real PMP exam? Do you have any such analytical data?
Dear Andrew, in a way, I don't agree with you on question 5, as definition of a minimum viable product assumes, that you have an idea, what minimum viable is... and this is exactly, what the team is uncertain about. - In real life I would go for answer a... the other thing that concerns me: In the answer it says assisst the team... again, what contribution can the PM provide?
For Question 35, it seem not just one answer is good, such as C proposing MVP which can be the candidate answer, but answer A & D also can be used in real life situation. Also, since team not clear on the project specification from stakeholder, the best answer should be meeting with stakeholder to clarify, however it is not in the option list. I think among the possible answer A, C, D, we have to choose one next best, therefore, answer C stand out.
@@ganghu9859 Thank you. That is in line with PMI expectation. - Meanwhile I passed AT-AT-AT :-) - In case you still need to do.. keep your head up... it is possible

Hi Andrew, in question 33 the option D sounds like a Risk response to me, which first should have been raised. Am I wrong? Thanks
I always approach PM with an agile mindset.
If its an agile project A would be tbe answer right?

I got 10/10! Doing better finally 😊
Those were great questions. I got 9/10. I immediately realized why I got it wrong, too!
9 correct out of 10.
it was really great....
In Q36, I feel, in the question, it should be, "a few have been NOT effectively resolved leading to potential risks".
