OK I'm finally back here. Stumbled on this video 4 days ago. Failed my PMP exam 3 weeks ago, religiously followed THIS VERY VIDEO. It did 2 things for me, filled me with confidence, cos I started getting a lot of practice questions from every other source right, and then I re-wrote my PMP this morning and not only did I finish before time but I passed. I went on option elimination spree like...Principle 1 is gold for loads of questions. I have a lot to say but thank you brother! I am grateful and I will be referring your videos to everyone who is serious about passing the PMP.
Your list of 18 mindset principles and 6 hacks are gold! I passed the exam 1st time and used that list to answer many exam questions. Your mindset approach is more concise than Andrew Ramdayal's.
@seatsort3382 congrats for you PMP; did you practice any simulator like PMI study hall also ? Also please let me know where to get 6 hacks from I can only see 18 principles
I'm here early. I would like to thank you for these videos and let you know that your approach is very direct and succinct. Please continue making this high quality PMP content. Not only is it helping in grain the mentality but your delivery is also engaging - - easy to follow and go through without falling asleep! I will review all your materials and come back here when I pass my PMP exam!
Thanks for the great depth in the video contents, Im an early starter and just started solving few mocks, but badly failed in most of my attempts in not meeting the margins. You concepts explained are something great that has made me opened new dimension to my learning of the concepts of PMP. I really want to thank you for simplifying the techniques in a layman's language.
amazing content and questions. surely got my confidence back in prep for exam, planning to give in month time i got 80 percent correct. hope I will be able to crack the exam
Your videos are really helpful in passing PMP exam. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. There’s one suggestion…. The audio can be better. The volume in the recent videos is very low.
For question on 1:02, I chose "C" cause the client was concerned about the length of time to complete the project and wanted to reduce the number of cycles. In answer "B" doesnt more product releases mean more cycles?
@@MohammedRahman-xe4ps is there a way to pay for your principal notes and hacks. are they even available for a purchase. i am willing to do that please
I agree, even I’m confused on why B selected over C. I understand that we should focus on high value features first but it also mentions frequent product release. Client is also concerned on number of development cycles, so we should reduce it and C mentions to do more product releases. I think it is contradictory
I concur - so I don't lose my confidence - please confirm, MR! A client is concerned about the length of time required to complete a project and has asked the project team to find ways to reduce the number of development cycles needed to deliver the final product. How should the project manager respond to this request? Options: A. Encourage the team to identify and address any obstacles during daily stand-up meetings. B. Focus on delivering high-value features first and plan for more frequent product releases C. Have the team reassess the project timeline to explore options for quicker completion. D. Concentrate on completing high-risk tasks early to shorten the overall development cycle. I think we're perplexed why the answer isn't "C" vs the "B" which you had indicated. As the client is looking for "FINAL" product completion, vs feature delivery, if we consider the mindset, etc. - "C" makes more sense? You're a rock star!!! I'd be lost without you 🤟
Assalamu alaikum Mohammed, Thank you for this amazing video! I just have a concern about the question at 57:29. Why did we choose Agile when the question mentioned that there are enforcement dates or compliance requirements, which implies fixed dates? I was wondering if a hybrid approach could be the answer instead. What are your thoughts?
Same, I asked chatGPt and it also said Hybrid because the enforcement date is SOLID meaning Predictive but the rest is Agile. Meaning a Hybrid approach is more aligned with the answer

C is the correct answer for question 1.
Sorry for the confusion, this was for question at the 1hr-2min mark.

I also thought the same to be honest as hybrid or iterative
