Arby's gets is. NO fast food is great or good for you. You're supposed to buy ingredients at the grocery store and cook your own meals, preferably reasonably healthy, 80-90% of the time. Fast food is for when your busy, travelling, your day is disrupted, etc. It's for lower-income people to get the calories they need to get through the day, relatively cheaply. McD's, Chick-Fil-A, etc. charge WAY too much now for what is just crap food anyway. Arby's has not abandoned the demographic that supports them.
I was rooting for Arby's. I really like their Rueben sandwich. Deelicious. BUT, the Cripsy chicken sandwich is not crispy, and rather bland. No comparison to Popeyes or the Colonel. I tried it yesterday, and will not eat it again.
DO NOT waste your $12 on that Wagyu burger. Horrible. The worst hamburger I have ever eaten. And if you try to bring it to the attention of management or even the corporate, they could care less. I would rather have a McDonald's Happy Meal burger. At least the McD's would be cooked all the way and not raw red meat in the center. And the Arby's Wagyu was as small as a Happy Meal burger and smashed in the paper wrapper like they wrapped it and threw it across the room and stepped on it.
Listen,what have you done to the meat ??what happened to the flavor? The cheese? The sauce??? You have the meat ,But is it fit to really eat? You are destroying everything good about it, their for your sells are going down, bring back the flavor of the meat,that meat should cook over nite,not with in a hour,go ahead and put yourself out of business,but whom ever ran it before you,well should we say new people,get back to what works, stop cutting corners, because your pockets are going to be empty ,get back to bring back too what works...

Something must've gone wrong when they cooked your burger. I work at Arby's and it is NOT normal for the burgers to be red in the center.
