Damn, what an amazing performance of an absolutely killer tune. Brings back great memories of 10th grade!! 🙌
Dude was sooooo sick on the vocals & guitar !!!
Thanks for posting !!!!🎉
Don't forget the pen. Squire was a generational songwriter. He had the ability to tap the psyche like few others and put it down on paper, and then to chords. I can absolutely hear Hetfield, or Hatfield (Juliana), or even Tom Jones belting this one out. Holy sh!t, would 'Fat' Elvis own this, or what? Didn't have to get subliminal to make a point everyone could experience and then feel.
Saw him open for Queen in Philly...awesome set...only overshadowed by Freddie And the boys. My best show ever
Lucky enough to have seen him live! Squire/Ratt ...a long time ago
Me, too. My 1st concert. Queen/Billy Squire. He just released "Everybody Wants You".
Got to see him with Def Leppard as the opener!!
@@Michatch Irvine Meadows 1983
Saw Squier in Atlanta, about 1982, opening act was this new British band that had a couple hits, name was Def Leppard. MTV served both those bands very well.
Still awesome & a must 4 me... 4-5 x's every week....saw him twice...last Irvine, about 20yrs ago...& 80's Opsie, can't really remember that venue...
Love this song!
It would be on my Bucket list to see him , wish he'd put a tour together , love this song !!!!
Douglas McConnell Billy Squires first band that brought him national attention was Piper and that was a Rock Band that should have done more than two albums they were better live than Billy solo but still solo Billy Squire was still a hell of a show.
Who’s Your Boyfriend?(Piper) great song great band. Billy’s a Massachusetts boy, Wellesley.
K thanks Bob.
I have never heard anyone with such sexual conviction in his voice! The closest was Lou Christie back in the sixties with Lightning Strikes (1965) and I’m Gonna Make You Mine (1969).
Billy Squier should have received the ‘Male Vocal Performance of the Decade’ with this song!
Seen him on this tour what a show
Let's put a tour together! Fabulous lyrical content! Billy is a wonderful poet.
Legend
A song to live by...

We Love 💕 Billy Squier don't we. Simply Irrestible
Pretty sure I saw him the same year this was taped when he was on tour at Lehigh University's Stabler Arena. What a great show !!
Didn't we need more! !! Lovely! !$
Yes try to learn
I prayed with my new guitar
Get a life it was rock and roll and never meant to be perfect Billy still conqured the spirit of the song
Getting touchy
My favorite BS song. Where did you get this video?
Where is the guitar tech to the rescue?
It was rock and roll during a time when people could still enjoy music and were not obsssesed about auto tune
Billy squire should have had a lead guitarist.
He did. His name was Jeff Golub. You can see him in the background of this, and pretty much all of the Billy's videos. Why Billy didn't pass the baton to Jeff when he broke a string is anybody's guess. Jeff could pretty much play anything: rock, jazz, soul, etc. Jeff passed away in 2015 from a incurable brain disorder.
It was called rock and roll before you tube failures and a padantic mind set ruled the roost music . Billy wanted to go with the spirit he was not looking for borning correction .
Breaks guitar string.
