Hi! Thanks for the job. How about your opinion between Parka Nuuk vs Signi Down version. I know, nuuk is waterproof, but any other diference? In terms of warm is the same? Thansk so much
The two biggest comparisons are the type of insulation used in both of these parkas and the shell construction fabric. The Fjallraven Nuuk uses 100% Supreme Micro loft synthetic insulation while the Singi Down utilizes 600-fill 80% goose down/20% feathers in the body and Micro-loft synthetic insulation in the shoulders and arms to prevent cold spots due to migration. The Nuuk comprises a highly durable recycled polyamide exterior with a waterproof PU membrane to keep you dry and is breathable. On the Singi Down the durable G-1000 exterior is a blend of sustainable polyester and cotton that is highly water-resistant and can be made almost completely waterproof with the use of Greenland Wax, it takes advantage of two different G-100) weight fabrics the heavier being in the high wear areas.
is it ok for -10 degrees. and i don't like to wear too much something in my parka. i like to warm parka. should ı buy something with goose down for -10. also thank you for your video.

Is Nuuk a upgarde rersion of Yupik?

Thanks for the question! The Yupik parka was renamed and updated to the Nuuk parka. The Nuuk now uses sustainable fabrics and features an updated fit.
Yupik is much heavier, and has 2x as many pockets. If you are interested in this jacket, try and find an old Yupik at a severe discount. I have one, and when I tried on the Nuuk it didn't feel nearly as nice. Much lighter. The reason you'd go with either over a down parka is you need a warm parka but live in a place where you might be on the threshold of sleet and freezing rain at times.
