And they say Ramones songs are easy to play. I dare anyone to play Johnny's downstroke style for an entire set. You'd get wrecked by the third song. Takes tremendous stamina to pull off. Wow. 👍 I was lucky enough to see The Jesus & Mary Chain perform at Rock City, Nottingham, England, a few weeks ago; it was a late Anniversary surprise from my wonderful wife. They were amazing; the support band, Ciel, were really good, too.
Dude, I have to commend not just the accuracy with which you played all of this, but especially I Wanna Be Sedated. Getting that palm mute and bounce down with the major barre chord where you only occasionally let the higher strings string out is really tricky.

I believe it was a Motörhead song but there is a version of The Ramones playing it too. I prefer the Ramones version even though I do like a bit of Motörhead.

Totally. Yeah I’ve done them basically the same speed as the recorded versions but live they were even faster for sure.
These MFs are still underrated as guitar players. It takes dedication and skill to play barre chords at over 200bpm for entire concerts
