What you don't take into account is his speed, which allows him to cover large areas of the defense on his own. this gives the team a huge tactical advantage, as it allows the other defenders and midfielders can penetrate deep into the opponent's half. i think you've underestimated him too much, as this was the factor that made his biggest contribution to Napoli's scudetto. he should get 80+ at least.

Really good analysis. First ever good analysis I've seen of Kim. I think the only thing to add is that his best attribute is defending his marker/their number 9/main goal threat. Maguire not doing well in a high line is a myth. Ten hag played a lower line this season than Ole in his first two full seasons, and Southgate has played a higher line too. Maguire played better in higher lines than Ten Hag's system.
There has to be some correlation with his left footed passes and his right footed pass. Also, thank you for calling out Maguire's dawdling with the ball, essentially slowing the tempo.

Disliked because some of the stats do not agree with your conclusions. I'd say you weren't exactly objective in ALL aspects of your analysis. Either that or you did not finish this video in one day (likely) and had ups and downs in your ability to analyze throughout the making of this video. B- for attempt though.
I.e. In dribbling, long passing, etc., YOUR OWN stats table put him at the top of your list in the video but your summary is often negative. I would say he's world class at his full potential, slightly different to your conclusion of '2nd/sub for a world class defender' or however else you described it.
We doubt that Naple would let Kim Min Jae go once they improve his contract so recommended option to get in Axel Disasi & Maxene Lacroix would be an excellent addition to our Club!
Mate, could you please take a look at the Nicholas Jackson lad? In a summer of multiple top teams needing a world class number 9, it's a seller's market. Just how good is he? His finishing looks world class, the deadliest in Spain.
Given the comment you made re. Kim not being an ideal partner for Martinez due to their lack of aerial dominance, could you perhaps do a similar video on axel disasi who they are seemingly considering as an alternative to Kim?
Good analysis. All the reason why United should not get him. We are expecting long waited M&A announcement re Man Utd sales and Man Utd will get all the money in the world BUT there are many who do not believe Man Utd deserve Kim. In my humble opinion from a long standing Liverpool fan, Newcastle or Man City appears to be a better fit for him than ManU.

@@8asw8 de ligt is better as a sweeper Cb that can score goals similar to Koeman however he is not as god as Upamacano with the variety of passing ability Upamacano bring in the game
Never change. Majority of people are too biased/positive
Finally an honest analysis on Kim. Most analysts base their analysis on stats which can be deceptive (just like Fred's) and 2 games they watched. As someone who watches serie A weekly, my worry is I don't see him and Lisandro as a good pair as they are both aggressive
I think Lisandro will need to learn how to sweep otherwise agree could be too rash.
Onana’s incredible sweeping would complement them perfectly. He should be the #1 target to replace De Gea and I’ve said it for months. He is a world-class keeper and a better fit than Costa as he far more experienced.
@@bigruss7229 I agree, he's probably top 5 keeper atm. I doubt united are in for him and even have the budget. I feel Chelsea is a likely destination due to inter wanting Lukaku on a permanent
I love your videos, can you please do an updated AWB analysis
I totally enjoyed that video! Thanks man! So ehhm...ever thought of doing an Alexander Bah video? Maybe Rasmus Højlund? How about a Lil Phil Billing huh?? We hav...i mean, those danes sure got some cool players outta nowhere huh?? Hella biracial dudes on that squad boi. No more Gravesen or Grønkjær with us these days...and by "us" i ofc mean them....stay blessed dawg 🤙
Rasmus Højlund is within the next 2-4 players to be made & you're taking me back to the time machine with some of those names ☺
@@PythagorasinBoots Yooo...just the contrast over a couple of generations. From scrawny (tho very technically gifted) Grønkjær, who i could legitimately (No bullshit) out sprint, out jump and out agile before i turned 18. To these dudes who at least athletically can match up to ANYBODY! I always enjoy your work dude 🤩 Højlund is VERY promising. But i would kinda bet on Bah over Højlund, to reach his (slighty lower) Max potential! Dude has really only played the position for 3-4 seasons, and he is already a very consistent, pretty well rounded, impactfull starter, for a strong CL team.
I'd say there is a solid chance of him being a top 10 RB, this time next year. Good vibes with this boi🤗
Maguire not doing well in a high line is a myth. Ten hag played a lower line this season than Ole in his first two full seasons, and Southgate has played a higher line too. Maguire played better in higher lines than Ten Hag's system.
Make an analysis of vitor roque.. barca's target !
Bruh, Ruben Dias is on top on most of those stats 🔥 unreal
He’s had a brilliant season. Really progressed this year.
One of the best pure defenders in the world
축구는 수치로 이야기 안돼는게 많은데 일단 한선수가 팀에 들어와 리그 우승을 만든다는 건 축구 역사에 마라도나 빼고 없었음
anyone notice how Ruben Dias is almost always on top?
Can you please do a detailed analysis video on Gonçalo Inácio. I think more than Kim, Inácio will be a perfect addition to Man United's defence!
Can you do vid for alejandro balde ??
At some point in the coming season I believe he'll be made.
Finallyyy
There has to be some correlation with his left footed passes and his right footed pass. Also, thank you for calling out Maguire's dawdling with the ball, essentially slowing the tempo.
Very good video. Could you do one on Levi Colwill?
Added to the list
Omo my God the defender I do want man united to get..you my friend know ball
where is Lisandro Martínez ??
or Virgil van Dijk
from your list ?
Vitor pareira bir teşekkürü hak ediyor eğer onu fenerbahçeye transfer etmeseydi şimdi muhtemelen çinde devam ediyor olurdu. hizli adam markaji harika kademe anlayişi müthiş tek eksisi uzun boylu olmasina rağmen hava hakimiyeti biraz vasat ancak hiziyla onu karşiliyor ve inanilmaz bir patliyicilik var. uzun yillardir izlediğim en iyi stoperlerden biri
Goooood
im a barca fan so obv im biased but vitor roque or fabricio diaz one day pleaseee. love your videos
Great analysis. Would also love to see an analysis video on Jurrien Timber.
Hi pythagoras, when will you drop a breakdown of legendary players? It's been a while since you dropped the redondo one. And do you think scholes was intergenerational? You didn't rate him in your video.
I wouldn’t have Scholes in the inter generational bracket. Probably high generational. I’ll be doing more classics when I can do this as a full time job - nowhere near that at the moment 😂
Scholes was a magician .He would have slotted into any great team
Fan of your work bro . I would like you too recommend to add speed stats and comparison as well . Expecting inacio , gabri veiga , gvardiol , rice , van de den next . Thanks alot .
Stats do not always paint the full picture hence why we also use the eye test and review full games of footage.
i keep seeing ronald araujo. he need to be next
Already have a video on Araujo, check the channel.
We doubt that Naple would let Kim Min Jae go once they improve his contract so recommended option to get in Axel Disasi & Maxene Lacroix would be an excellent addition to our Club!
they have no choice, he has a 50m release clause
Pls review Arda Guler
kang-in lee please and how he could fit in man united if we sold sancho
psg
Mate, could you please take a look at the Nicholas Jackson lad? In a summer of multiple top teams needing a world class number 9, it's a seller's market. Just how good is he? His finishing looks world class, the deadliest in Spain.
Your review is unbiased and has excellent analysis. can you review Kang in Lee as well? Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words. Will add him to the list to check out but can't promise anything with the current time schedule.
Kolo muani plz
Super
Given the comment you made re. Kim not being an ideal partner for Martinez due to their lack of aerial dominance, could you perhaps do a similar video on axel disasi who they are seemingly considering as an alternative to Kim?
공중볼은 약하지 않다 단지 세트피스 상황에서 위치를 못 잡을 때가 종종 보인다 하지만 이마저도 그렇게 심각한 상황은 전혀 아니다. 그의 유일한 약점 중에 하나
Pls do a Ramus Hojlund analysis. The links to Manchester United are heating up and haven't seen an in depth analysis of him on youtube yet
He's on the list within the next 4 players.
You should do one for timber and axel disasi. Are they worth the hype or just more Phil jones
Good defender
Still no Nkunku.. Disappointed 😢
Bring him to Old Trafford
Good analysis.
All the reason why United should not get him. We are expecting long waited M&A announcement re Man Utd sales and Man Utd will get all the money in the world BUT there are many who do not believe Man Utd deserve Kim.
In my humble opinion from a long standing Liverpool fan, Newcastle or Man City appears to be a better fit for him than ManU.
Nah, he should go back to Chyna!
In almost all the statistics thats shown in the vid there's this one guy who's standing top.Can you make an analysis video of him?
Would love an analysis on Axel Disasi
