I think this is more of a gabber than a dubstep... especially the 2nd half. (And yes... gabber is a music genre too). But honestly its hard to classify a song by a genre cause its often something in between 2 or 3 different genres with a bit of some completely different genre mixed in to spice it up.
I don't know who put together the remix, but apparently it's a composite using multiple versions of the song, which is why some parts may sound more appealing than others to a lot of listeners. All I can say is that the piano segment at the opening is from Xe's arrangement of the song.
