What are the most prestigious arm wrestling world championships? I know of two world competitions zloty tur and arnold classic. What is the level of IFA and WAF compared to these two?
There is no more Zloty Tur these days, and Arnold Classic isn’t a very high level tournament anymore. WAF is definitely the hardest international tournament out there right now, close behind should be the AMC tournament in Russia, and below that should be the IFA level.
