I got my first raider medal in a T95, it was back in the days when it was so slow, the battles were over before you got there, just drove through the open on himmelsdorf, while everyone else was fighting on the hill, ended with just me and the enemy arty.
if it was you and the arty - weren't you detected? and i'm guessing you had an arty on your team + theirs and you = 3 tanks. so 27 tanks were on the hill??? is this on YT - i'd love to see any look of 27 on the hill - i can't imagine it! LOL
If you give it a thought, it is quite reasonable. The more corridors on the map and the greater the division between separate game zones the better the chance. The maps where the teams divide by classes and heavys go to one side, all the rest to other are the best for Raider. When the light part ot the fight gets extinct and heavy part it still at good health collecting that blocked damage, someone sneaky and quick has a good chance to go and cap. The best vehicles for that are M44 and Lorr 155. These can aid in vanquishing the light parts of the teams. Remaining undetected. And then have enough mobility to sprint to the cap. That is the easiest way. At least for someone who is proficient enough to play artillery and lights.
@@TROLGUY999. Well, in the past, I managed to get it just 2 times. In the latest patches a.k.a. today's meta, I managed to get it another 4 times, for a total of 6, and I have under 34.9K battles! I also have the "Invincible" medal 5 times!

All the six bots of each team rush to the green of Ruinberg and slowly self-destruct... if the opposing human is taken out early, or doesn't react to cap in progress - easy money. Unfair, but still counts as a raider. p.s. the only raider on my current account was in a Lor-155-50 (tier 7) and I don't remember anything about it.
2014, it was my friend's first few days on WoT. He had just bought the AT-2 and discovered that it was painfully slow. Especially stock. A standard battle in Karelia loads up and he says "screw it" - pressing the cruise control button to cross the road straight towards the enemy base. No, he did not face annihilation. He faced absolutely nothing and drove straight into the cap while allies and enemies were fighting for their lives. With half the team on each side remaining, it was over. The base was captured. Nobody knew who, nobody knew why, nobody knew how. We then discovered that the raider medal exists and spent a good 5 minutes laughing at the absurdity.
I got one in a T1 Cunningham on Malinovka once I believe, this was YEARS ago though. I got another one more recently in M40/M43 out of all vehicles, ended up capping while the enemy team's artillery drove towards our cap from a different flank and we never met each other.
Oh I think I remember doing something similar and it might have been 15 year ago? Way back in the day when I loved the whole intellectual battle of being mobile arty or a TD against heavies. I was sneaky back then.
Got mine in a Hummel. We had 3 arty and the enemy 2, no other tanks left. Since I had the fastest I tried to go spot but didn't see anyone so I thought "might as well try to cap".
@@David_randomnumber Ah the mighty Hummel. I swear I could never actually hit anything with it but I killed a Russian heavy tank edging towards me looking to capture the base for a win. Threw myself off a cliff and landed on its turret. Out of ammo but detonated on impact. Loads of hit points and defended the base too for a draw. I only wish I could have seen the look of shock on the opposing player's face.😁
@@brianthesnail3815 I never liked the Hummel but the Grille was awesome. Got me my first kolobanovs going TD mode in the Grille. Killed all 5 remaining (3 arty, 1 low health kv-1 and a full health su-85)
I've gotten 6 Raider medals in my 46,760 games so far. All 6 of them were sort of accidental, as in I was not hunting for the medal. I got my first ever Radier medal back in 2012 when I was a clueless tomato with barely 1,000 games played. I got it on Serene Coast in T26E4 while I drove along the train tracks through the middle of the map. To this day I have no idea how I was able to pull that off.

I actually got the Raider medal in my O-Ni, years ago on Murovanka... I literally went through the center of the map after a while and capped the base, all by myself... When I saw the medal and what it meant, I was in disbelief, out of all the tanks, I got it in the freaking O-Ni!
Really enjoyed seeing this and learning about the Raider Medal. Now I have something to go for when a situation like this presents itself. Congrats on 100k battles! Keep it up! :D
Ensk is a wild map. It's tiny and has very restricted fire lanes--and has the shortest battle lengths--but you can have some excellent battles there. GG QB!

Oh yeah, I got one many years ago. I remember the whole game vividly, it was on Ruinberg in some TD. I just sneaked through bushes while everyone still alive were fighting in the city and capped it out. I didn't even know this medal existed.
My biggest flex in WoT is i got this in a stock T-150 lmfao i was so slow i couldn't follow my team rushing the enemy so i never got spotted and once i got to their cap i was like well i might aswell stay here i'm not going anywhere anyway lol
I remember my raider medal. It was a long time ago, on mines, in my T-50-2, when it was still tier 5 and you were matched against tier 10 tanks. I spawned on the north spawn and drove to the island, spotting from there. Almost stayed there the whole time, until there were only slow tanks left and the enemy base seemed empty. The last part I don't remember, but I believe it was a Maus or something like that that was close to our base and that's when I rushed the enemy cap. Keep in mind, there were no turbos in the game back then. That game must be something like 11-12 years old.

Got mine with the H35 Hotchkiss tier 2 french light on the OG Province map. The battle went well few enemies remained and the team decided to go full berserk on the last surviving Pz ll J, so I had 5-6 tanks fighting one, then I slowly drove into the cap and captured it. I got the raider medal 2 times with the H35! I remember it was at the beginning of my wot career at the summer of 2013..
During the beta test I got a raider medal in a Ferdinand. I was stock and just took my sweet time to get to the enemy base on Abbey. No one spooted me, the enemy team was a disaster and folded but our team chased them till the end. So I alone capped the game unspotted.
I've played wot since early 2012 and have 1 raider medal. I got it in the sp1c on malinovka. I lagged out at the start and due to having a bad start decided to just passive scout. Game got down to a 2v1 in my favor and I went into the cap. I've never manged another one because they are so situational and I've never tried to grind for another.
Congrats! Glad to see you get this achievement, I think one of mine was just as surprising, I'm not a great player, but have been fortunate enough to pick up a couple of these! As I can remember my last teammate lost to two heavies near our base on the other side of the map and they couldn't make it back in time to get me!
I got one on a VII or VIII tier french arty, and this is the only one that I got after 42k of battles. Acctually the french arty is quite ok for going for this medal. Best regards from malps (EU).
It's better than you think because you got your medal without scoring ANY other points, no damage, No Armor hits, no assist points. It is supper hard to accomplish a no point medal.
I got three Raider medals in the past, all in encounter battles. Funny thing, the first one was in the old T28 n Steppes, and when I got to the cap circle, there were a few enemies nearby that didn't have the time to reset before dying. I thought I'm too slow to go with my team to hunt for enemies so figured I might as well cap for more XP.
I still clearly remember to a battle from years ago. I still grinded the t-34 as my first tier 5 tank. A guy in his amx 40 did nothing for minutes, we thought he is afk or a bot. Suddenly he started to move in a straight line to the enemy cap. He capped and recieved this medal. It's still insane.
The Maus was my first tank where I got the Raider with, back in the day!! It was done even by accident, I wasn't even aware of this medal! I got my first and only till this day, Kolobanov medal with M3 Lee, when I was still new to this game. Also, wasnt aware of this medal too! In both situations my heart beats got skyrocket, and my hands where shaking. Wot has given me some good memories, despite some dispointments over the years... Ps, been watching your content for over 8 years now, u r the one who teached me so many things about Wot. This is my first comment ever I believe! Pretty sure I’ve done this a few times over the years while driving the tier 6 French artillery based on the amx13, some games you just don’t get spotted and end up going for the cap while the last heavy or something alive is stuck on the other side of the map. (This was also back when you could counter snipe enemy artillery using their tracers)

I got my only Raider medal with the tier 7 french artillery, I didn't know I got it until I was looking at the custom Player service achievement display thingy where apparently I have one, I only have 4k games at this point
I actually helped an ELC get the Raider on the NA server this week - they hid behind a building while I took the KV-5 out infront of the cap and intercepted everyone - and blocked over 8k in the meantime. It felt epic. I, personally, always endorse trying for the cap. At the very least, it puts pressure on the enemy team and splits their attention.
I've got 1 raider medal. Got it on accident in the T25/2. I was stock, bottom tier, had worked my way around the southern flank on Pearl River and ended up in the enemy base, capping it alone. Didn't even intend to cap, I just wanted cheeky flanking shots on the enemy tanks in the middle. It never occured to me that I had remained unspotted throughout the battle. Ended up just capping out as I didn't think I'd get to the remaining few enemy tanks anyway.
Ive actually got a raiders medal in my isu 152 on Fishermans bay. I actually posted the replay on my channel if anybody would like to check it out. The weirdest thing about it is that during that battle, I had a reticle bug where i could not see the pen marker of any vehicle. It would just stay at where i spawned in at.
I have not one, but two raider medals, both of them achieved legitimately. Once in a Rudy, the other time in T30. I am surprised I did not get it in a Bert since I played FV304 a lot and it's a perfect candidate - stays behind cover all the time but is also mobile (and has to move). Crazy low tiers like FCM36pak40 could be good for that too, since it has great view range and players on that tier generally don't have good crews.
Also QB I have a challenge: get the Billotte medal (or the harder versions of it). Now that our medkits and repair kits are multiple use it is almost impossible to get it by accident, unless you survive a fire just after using the repair kit.
I actively tried to do this on my main account for around 40k battles. No luck till this day. Then I started to play on my second account just for fun and I did it completely random with is-3a on mountain pass while pushing aggressively the east side. I had around 300 games on that account when I did it. I was so pissed off
So I had to look because I think I've done this and I haven't even been playing 5 months. I've gotten this twice, but you're still 1000x the player I am! Medals and missions for me are mostly happy accidents. Enjoy your vids. Merry Christmas!

I have several of them. I got them early in playing WoT. They can be easy at low tiers because other players get so engrossed in hitting the enemy near them and ignore the siren. The hard part is getting to the base undetected.
This is great! 😆 I totally get the whole "Let me sweat over this whole match trying to get this" just to fail. And then you get a map you have no expectation of accomplishing your goal, so you just give up on the cap, but get it anyway. 😆 Congrats on your Raider!
I got the Raider medal pretty early after game release, on Karelia with the m8a1, driving straight down the middle scouting, meeting nothing so I just continued into the opposing team's base and started capping. Everyone was busy fighting elsewhere so nobody stopped me.
Congrats! Personally, I think the 3 most challenging ones are Survivor, Tarczay's Medal, Raseiniai's Heroes' Medal.... and yes, I think that because those are the only 3 I don't have :)
I got my first and only raiders medal in a tog 2 on fjords. Went right through the town and up the undefended middle and right to the cap. It was one of those games were your team sweeps the enemy team. Last enemy standing was a scout that ran and hid the rest of the match.
ONE Raider medal for me as well. Not even sure when, on what map, or what tank. Honestly, it's so sneaky I didn't even know I had it till I watched this vid and looked for it.
I only even found out this badge existed a couple of days ago, so great timing :-) I originally thought it was a fake, with the 'batman' logo and all, but checked in-game and there it was ... and now there you are as well, QB the Dark Knight!
Got mine in the Tier V German arty Grille. Out of ammo, I went spotting on the Mannerheimline for our remaing arty. Seeing no-one, I just kept plodding along. The surviving enemies went to our cap via the other flank, and the rest is history.
It amazes me how people hate on QB and try to make him out to be trash when most of the time he’s just trying to have fun and entertain the community. Such a good guy!
My buddy just got another one last night…he primarily plays tds and is very conservative rarely pushes. QB style will make that one difficult to obtain
Got the medal back in 2013 using the t67 US TD in like 52,000+ games but back then tier 5 games was doable.. 😊 never the less congrats QB for doing it at this time of the game.. BRAVO 😊😊😊
It never fails: on the intentional, active attempts to achieve something difficult, you fail. When you finally resign yourself (frustration, "this map/tank/etc. is stupid and impossible to achieve this in", etc.), that's when you achieve success. And this video also goes to show that QB is funny and entertaining to watch, even when he's just sitting in a fallen tree. 😆
Got mine in a T67 on Abbey in a Tier 8 game. Hid on S.W. corner of map. Took out 2 tier 6 and one tier 7 that were caping our base and never got spotted. Eventually left with panther and tiger 2 on my team trying to take out the final enemy scout which had crossed the river onto isolated area.
I got a raider on Pearl River driving a Tier 3 German T-15 light tank. There was a two team lemming train to the north and east side of the map. I went around the west and south side. None of my team went that way, and I didn't encounter any opposing tanks. I drove straight into the cap circle, and it wasn't until the last few seconds that an enemy tank came rushing towards the circle, but it was too late and I captured the base while never being spotted the entire game. I had a couple thousand games under my belt at the time, probably that was about 2015.
My son did it in malinovka encounter, just went to the cap circle and sat there while the fighting went on around him. He never got spotted and capped out in a t-34.
I have a few of these rewards. One if them was taken while playing IS. It's my favourite reward because it's so rare and it captures the essence of my favourite game style.
I have a raider medal, I was playing the AC 4 Experimental to get it to just under max battle pass points in preparation for a temporary battle pass chapter this year. On Prokhorovka, I started in the south and sat in the south west corner, did 877 damage and then moved up to the north. The other team had won the hill in the south east and the last 2 people up there were picking off my team as they tried to go up, so I sat in the cap. I didn’t know that the raider medal was a thing so it was a nice surprise
I got 2 invader medals, and one was in the M41 arty, maybe 10 years ago now. I was the only one left against an enemy heavy on Fjords. (he wasn't spotted for some time and back then there were no last-spotted markers on the map) Went to go TD mode via the hill area, but didn't find him. So i went into the cap and sweated quite a bit. Felt like one of the longest 100 seconds in my life, full of uncertainty and fear of getting exploded!
Just checked, I've got three in just over 5k battles. I remember one of them clearly, exactly as you described two minutes in. Almost definitely an FV304, Empire's Border, followed behind the vanguard, didn't get spotted, capped against the last opponent who just let me sit there untouched. I reckon the other two medals were pretty similar. Might have a replay, but I'd have to go digging for it...
I got my raider medal in my WZ-132 when light tanks capped at T8 in tech tree on mountain pass. I spotted mid at start and everyone went to the sides leaving middle and bridge wide open, my team was getting absolutely rolled over. As the flanks were collapsing I said to my self "Capping is the only way to turn this around" so I went across the bridge as fast as I could. By that time both teams had fallen all the way back to our cap but our guys dug in so deep and kept themselves alive with a last ditch defense. I just rolled into the enemy cap and capped it out, score was like 4 vs 12 at that point. Super funny that they saw me capping but never made it back to me.
I did it on Empire's Border not long after the remake. Was in my T92. I drove through the middle of the map early in the battle and didn't run into anyone, so I decided to go into the enemy base. Nobody there. I sat on the cap for 1:30 and won the battle... Their arty was sitting in the corner and tried to come get me right as the counter hit 0, but he was too late and didn't spot me before I had finished capping. The funny thing is we were getting steamrolled and my raider medal was the only reason we won.

I have at least one raider medal. I didn't know it was a thing until I got it (I couldn't tell you what I got it in). I've never intentionally tried to get another but, since I primarily play lights and TD's, it wouldn't it surprise me if I have more than 1. Glad you discovered a new way to play after 100K battles! (Even if it's not a way you'll ever play again ;) )
I had a friend who was playing and had to leave his computer during the load screen. Game starts and is about 3 minutes in when he comes back. He proceeds to drive down the middle and camp at the enemy base. Thats when we discovered the Raider medal.
With just around 3000 battles to my name, I considered Raider impossible to get unless by accident. I got it last week on El Halluf with a Semovente of all things. After a pretty normal game where I did a wee bit of damage to the enemy (probably 400-600), we ended up with 3v2, a low-health Marder (in whom I have put a shot or two) and a Leafblower on the enemy side; me, some arty and a tank on ours. I was able to get myself into the enemy circle while the tank remained outside, closer to the front, most likely trying to spot or just AFKing, no idea. The enemies stayed back, shooting blind into the circle and all I could do beyond praying was constantly repositioning myself to the last place that Leafblower has hit, hoping they won't pick the same spot twice. And they did not. Only after the game I realised that I remained unspotted. A nice surprise before Christmas.
I randomly received 2 Raider medals over 15000 battles, one in the Pz T25 and the second in the StuG IIIG. It was in the early days of my playing the game where I did a lot of sniping.
I got my raider medal on Karelia like 10 years ago in my Tier 4 Matilda, I just drove down the middel, because I was tired of the game and wanted to die fast, apparently it worked different. All the way down the middel, to the enemy base and capped out :D
On encounter, WOW!! 5 Radar medals with the Hellcat, best one was on the original Pearl River ' first map" no center roads. 1 to 15 win, stole the win.
I got my one and only Raider medal by sheer chance in my Churchill GC. I was simply unable to follow the battle's pace after several shots, and wound up just driving into the enemy cap, as my team chased down the remains of the opposing team.
I only have 1 Raider medal. I was still a newbie player when I got it in 2014. I had saved money and bought the BT-SV, because it was available for sale for a week or something. I was on Prokhorovka, and I was sniping. My team was losing badly, because the enemy just blitzed through the forest road and middle. While the last few of my teammates were defending our southern cap, I ventured to the enemy's cap circle in the north. I forget if I went along the train tracks or took a wide arc through the right side hill, but I was there soon enough. Back then, I believe the cap circle had a building or two half inside the circle, so I was hiding right by them. My teammates died, and I was the only one left against two, three, or four enemies. Can't remember which, but it was one of those choices. In any case, I just barely won, because as I finished capping, I saw an enemy coming towards me.
A few years back I got a Raiders in my Bishop on Lakeville. All of the remaining enemies were in own and I went down the valley and got on cap. My clanmate guarded the cap in case an enemy got back in time.
I also missed out on getting LT-8 (cap with at least 60 points) for the 260 recently. I had most of the cap points, a skorpian g joined me, and we got to 99 cap points before he randomly left to let the team kill the last enemy. Heart broken.
Lol. Brilliant. I did get a raider medal in an arty. My entire team and the enemy had gone in one direction and I thought "bugger it, lets do something completely off the books".
I've gotten Raider 3 times. Hetzer - was my first month, I barely knew what I was doing. Obj 704 - Came down to the last 2 minutes and there were three vehicles - 2 of us, 1 of the other guy. Then it was 1v1 and I was at the enemy cap. Last victim said he managed to roll the other guy onto his side before dying. With less than 2 minutes left I couldn't get back in time to finish the guy off so I just capped. I didn't realize I had never been spotted. M44 - Sneaky, evil using the keyboard with an arty. Managed to evade around the edge of the map and sneak into the cap, settling into a bush to take shots from the enemy base. Only one vehicle thought to respond to the cap warning but... it was an OI-Exp. I watched the last few seconds of him slow rolling toward the cap trying to figure out which bush to shoot...
it feels like this one is reallistically achievable only with those meme setups and tactics, usually undermining the team's success (if they aren't just rolling over the enemies)
I have 2 Raider medals. One of them was exactly on this map 9 years ago with the Jackson, it was a Kolobanov at the same time too because my teammates went 'no cap kill all' idiot mode and got slaughtered, I went to the cap and got the 100 points. The second one was in my T95 in the now extinct map Stalingrad.
i did it one year ago with UDES 03 on cliff, was camping whole battle and then in 2v2 i realised i have not been spotted yet and there is a rare medal.. and camonet setup helped a lot xD
My Raider medal was ridiculous. I had internet issues and crashed out of the game before it even started. When I got back in I was alone on my flank and I cruised up, trying to find someone, and my team on the other flank capitulated and I just took the cap lazily. and capped out while I was hoping the enemy heavies wouldn't catch me. I also got a Kolobanovs medal for good measure.

AT7 on Cliff. In a tier 9 game. I drove on 1/2 line, trough bushes. And i managed to do like 1.5 k damage too.

I've gotten 6 Raider medals in my 46,760 games so far. All 6 of them were sort of accidental, as in I was not hunting for the medal. I got my first ever Radier medal back in 2012 when I was a clueless tomato with barely 1,000 games played. I got it on Serene Coast in T26E4 while I drove along the train tracks through the middle of the map. To this day I have no idea how I was able to pull that off.

I actually got the Raider medal in my O-Ni, years ago on Murovanka... I literally went through the center of the map after a while and capped the base, all by myself... When I saw the medal and what it meant, I was in disbelief, out of all the tanks, I got it in the freaking O-Ni!
Really enjoyed seeing this and learning about the Raider Medal. Now I have something to go for when a situation like this presents itself. Congrats on 100k battles! Keep it up! :D
Ensk is a wild map. It's tiny and has very restricted fire lanes--and has the shortest battle lengths--but you can have some excellent battles there. GG QB!

Oh yeah, I got one many years ago. I remember the whole game vividly, it was on Ruinberg in some TD.
I just sneaked through bushes while everyone still alive were fighting in the city and capped it out. I didn't even know this medal existed.
My biggest flex in WoT is i got this in a stock T-150 lmfao
i was so slow i couldn't follow my team rushing the enemy so i never got spotted and once i got to their cap i was like well i might aswell stay here i'm not going anywhere anyway lol
My dad (who doesnt play that much) got it twice for the same reason basically. once in a pershing and the other in a tiger 2.

I remember my raider medal. It was a long time ago, on mines, in my T-50-2, when it was still tier 5 and you were matched against tier 10 tanks. I spawned on the north spawn and drove to the island, spotting from there. Almost stayed there the whole time, until there were only slow tanks left and the enemy base seemed empty. The last part I don't remember, but I believe it was a Maus or something like that that was close to our base and that's when I rushed the enemy cap. Keep in mind, there were no turbos in the game back then. That game must be something like 11-12 years old.
Got mine with the H35 Hotchkiss tier 2 french light on the OG Province map. The battle went well few enemies remained and the team decided to go full berserk on the last surviving Pz ll J, so I had 5-6 tanks fighting one, then I slowly drove into the cap and captured it. I got the raider medal 2 times with the H35! I remember it was at the beginning of my wot career at the summer of 2013..

During the beta test I got a raider medal in a Ferdinand. I was stock and just took my sweet time to get to the enemy base on Abbey. No one spooted me, the enemy team was a disaster and folded but our team chased them till the end. So I alone capped the game unspotted.

After seeing this video, I went and tried to get the medal as well! 33k battles, my first time getting it.
I've played wot since early 2012 and have 1 raider medal. I got it in the sp1c on malinovka. I lagged out at the start and due to having a bad start decided to just passive scout. Game got down to a 2v1 in my favor and I went into the cap. I've never manged another one because they are so situational and I've never tried to grind for another.
Congrats! Glad to see you get this achievement, I think one of mine was just as surprising, I'm not a great player, but have been fortunate enough to pick up a couple of these! As I can remember my last teammate lost to two heavies near our base on the other side of the map and they couldn't make it back in time to get me!

I got one on a VII or VIII tier french arty, and this is the only one that I got after 42k of battles. Acctually the french arty is quite ok for going for this medal. Best regards from malps (EU).

It's better than you think because you got your medal without scoring ANY other points, no damage, No Armor hits, no assist points. It is supper hard to accomplish a no point medal.
I got three Raider medals in the past, all in encounter battles. Funny thing, the first one was in the old T28 n Steppes, and when I got to the cap circle, there were a few enemies nearby that didn't have the time to reset before dying. I thought I'm too slow to go with my team to hunt for enemies so figured I might as well cap for more XP.
As far as I remember, capping won't give any XP nor silver.
But it wins the game, which is most important.

I still clearly remember to a battle from years ago. I still grinded the t-34 as my first tier 5 tank. A guy in his amx 40 did nothing for minutes, we thought he is afk or a bot. Suddenly he started to move in a straight line to the enemy cap. He capped and recieved this medal. It's still insane.

The Maus was my first tank where I got the Raider with, back in the day!! It was done even by accident, I wasn't even aware of this medal!
I got my first and only till this day, Kolobanov medal with M3 Lee, when I was still new to this game. Also, wasnt aware of this medal too!
In both situations my heart beats got skyrocket, and my hands where shaking. Wot has given me some good memories, despite some dispointments over the years...

Pretty sure I’ve done this a few times over the years while driving the tier 6 French artillery based on the amx13, some games you just don’t get spotted and end up going for the cap while the last heavy or something alive is stuck on the other side of the map. (This was also back when you could counter snipe enemy artillery using their tracers)
My favourite medal was Bombadier, I managed to get 12 in about 1000 games in my T49

I got my only Raider medal with the tier 7 french artillery, I didn't know I got it until I was looking at the custom Player service achievement display thingy where apparently I have one, I only have 4k games at this point

I actually helped an ELC get the Raider on the NA server this week - they hid behind a building while I took the KV-5 out infront of the cap and intercepted everyone - and blocked over 8k in the meantime. It felt epic.
I, personally, always endorse trying for the cap. At the very least, it puts pressure on the enemy team and splits their attention.

I've got 1 raider medal. Got it on accident in the T25/2. I was stock, bottom tier, had worked my way around the southern flank on Pearl River and ended up in the enemy base, capping it alone.
Didn't even intend to cap, I just wanted cheeky flanking shots on the enemy tanks in the middle. It never occured to me that I had remained unspotted throughout the battle. Ended up just capping out as I didn't think I'd get to the remaining few enemy tanks anyway.
Ive actually got a raiders medal in my isu 152 on Fishermans bay. I actually posted the replay on my channel if anybody would like to check it out. The weirdest thing about it is that during that battle, I had a reticle bug where i could not see the pen marker of any vehicle. It would just stay at where i spawned in at.
I have not one, but two raider medals, both of them achieved legitimately. Once in a Rudy, the other time in T30. I am surprised I did not get it in a Bert since I played FV304 a lot and it's a perfect candidate - stays behind cover all the time but is also mobile (and has to move). Crazy low tiers like FCM36pak40 could be good for that too, since it has great view range and players on that tier generally don't have good crews.
Also QB I have a challenge: get the Billotte medal (or the harder versions of it). Now that our medkits and repair kits are multiple use it is almost impossible to get it by accident, unless you survive a fire just after using the repair kit.

I actively tried to do this on my main account for around 40k battles. No luck till this day. Then I started to play on my second account just for fun and I did it completely random with is-3a on mountain pass while pushing aggressively the east side. I had around 300 games on that account when I did it. I was so pissed off
So I had to look because I think I've done this and I haven't even been playing 5 months. I've gotten this twice, but you're still 1000x the player I am! Medals and missions for me are mostly happy accidents. Enjoy your vids. Merry Christmas!

I have several of them. I got them early in playing WoT. They can be easy at low tiers because other players get so engrossed in hitting the enemy near them and ignore the siren.
The hard part is getting to the base undetected.

I totally get the whole "Let me sweat over this whole match trying to get this" just to fail. And then you get a map you have no expectation of accomplishing your goal, so you just give up on the cap, but get it anyway. 😆

I got the Raider medal pretty early after game release, on Karelia with the m8a1, driving straight down the middle scouting, meeting nothing so I just continued into the opposing team's base and started capping. Everyone was busy fighting elsewhere so nobody stopped me.
Congrats! Personally, I think the 3 most challenging ones are Survivor, Tarczay's Medal, Raseiniai's Heroes' Medal.... and yes, I think that because those are the only 3 I don't have :)
I got my first and only raiders medal in a tog 2 on fjords. Went right through the town and up the undefended middle and right to the cap. It was one of those games were your team sweeps the enemy team. Last enemy standing was a scout that ran and hid the rest of the match.
ONE Raider medal for me as well. Not even sure when, on what map, or what tank. Honestly, it's so sneaky I didn't even know I had it till I watched this vid and looked for it.
I only even found out this badge existed a couple of days ago, so great timing :-) I originally thought it was a fake, with the 'batman' logo and all, but checked in-game and there it was ... and now there you are as well, QB the Dark Knight!
Got mine in the Tier V German arty Grille.
Out of ammo, I went spotting on the Mannerheimline for our remaing arty.
Seeing no-one, I just kept plodding along.
The surviving enemies went to our cap via the other flank, and the rest is history.
It amazes me how people hate on QB and try to make him out to be trash when most of the time he’s just trying to have fun and entertain the community. Such a good guy!

My buddy just got another one last night…he primarily plays tds and is very conservative rarely pushes. QB style will make that one difficult to obtain
Got the medal back in 2013 using the t67 US TD in like 52,000+ games but back then tier 5 games was doable.. 😊 never the less congrats QB for doing it at this time of the game.. BRAVO 😊😊😊
It never fails: on the intentional, active attempts to achieve something difficult, you fail. When you finally resign yourself (frustration, "this map/tank/etc. is stupid and impossible to achieve this in", etc.), that's when you achieve success.
And this video also goes to show that QB is funny and entertaining to watch, even when he's just sitting in a fallen tree. 😆
Got it by pure accident in my WZ-120-1G FT about a month ago. Literally sat in the cap the whole time and nobody bothered to stop or spot me lol
Got mine in a T67 on Abbey in a Tier 8 game. Hid on S.W. corner of map. Took out 2 tier 6 and one tier 7 that were caping our base and never got spotted. Eventually left with panther and tiger 2 on my team trying to take out the final enemy scout which had crossed the river onto isolated area.
One of the biggest achievements I got is that I got a Kolobanovs without ever being spotted, I was in my fully kitted out Rhm Borsig on Malinovka.
I got a raider on Pearl River driving a Tier 3 German T-15 light tank. There was a two team lemming train to the north and east side of the map. I went around the west and south side. None of my team went that way, and I didn't encounter any opposing tanks. I drove straight into the cap circle, and it wasn't until the last few seconds that an enemy tank came rushing towards the circle, but it was too late and I captured the base while never being spotted the entire game. I had a couple thousand games under my belt at the time, probably that was about 2015.
My son did it in malinovka encounter, just went to the cap circle and sat there while the fighting went on around him. He never got spotted and capped out in a t-34.
I have a few of these rewards. One if them was taken while playing IS. It's my favourite reward because it's so rare and it captures the essence of my favourite game style.

I have a raider medal, I was playing the AC 4 Experimental to get it to just under max battle pass points in preparation for a temporary battle pass chapter this year. On Prokhorovka, I started in the south and sat in the south west corner, did 877 damage and then moved up to the north. The other team had won the hill in the south east and the last 2 people up there were picking off my team as they tried to go up, so I sat in the cap. I didn’t know that the raider medal was a thing so it was a nice surprise
I got 2 invader medals, and one was in the M41 arty, maybe 10 years ago now. I was the only one left against an enemy heavy on Fjords. (he wasn't spotted for some time and back then there were no last-spotted markers on the map) Went to go TD mode via the hill area, but didn't find him. So i went into the cap and sweated quite a bit. Felt like one of the longest 100 seconds in my life, full of uncertainty and fear of getting exploded!
Just checked, I've got three in just over 5k battles. I remember one of them clearly, exactly as you described two minutes in. Almost definitely an FV304, Empire's Border, followed behind the vanguard, didn't get spotted, capped against the last opponent who just let me sit there untouched. I reckon the other two medals were pretty similar.
Might have a replay, but I'd have to go digging for it...

I got my raider medal in my WZ-132 when light tanks capped at T8 in tech tree on mountain pass. I spotted mid at start and everyone went to the sides leaving middle and bridge wide open, my team was getting absolutely rolled over. As the flanks were collapsing I said to my self "Capping is the only way to turn this around" so I went across the bridge as fast as I could. By that time both teams had fallen all the way back to our cap but our guys dug in so deep and kept themselves alive with a last ditch defense. I just rolled into the enemy cap and capped it out, score was like 4 vs 12 at that point. Super funny that they saw me capping but never made it back to me.
I have one but not sure what battle it was. Total 7,572 battles. Congrats QuickyBaby !!!
I did it on Empire's Border not long after the remake. Was in my T92. I drove through the middle of the map early in the battle and didn't run into anyone, so I decided to go into the enemy base. Nobody there. I sat on the cap for 1:30 and won the battle... Their arty was sitting in the corner and tried to come get me right as the counter hit 0, but he was too late and didn't spot me before I had finished capping.
The funny thing is we were getting steamrolled and my raider medal was the only reason we won.
I got my one and only Raider medal in the original T50-2, on mountain pass. Spawned away from the ice road, I was the only tank from both teams to go that way and the rest as they say is history
100,000 battles! WOW! I've just worked out that's 34 days just staring at the 30 second countdown timer. Terrifying when you think of it like that.

I have at least one raider medal. I didn't know it was a thing until I got it (I couldn't tell you what I got it in). I've never intentionally tried to get another but, since I primarily play lights and TD's, it wouldn't it surprise me if I have more than 1.

I had a friend who was playing and had to leave his computer during the load screen. Game starts and is about 3 minutes in when he comes back. He proceeds to drive down the middle and camp at the enemy base. Thats when we discovered the Raider medal.
did this a couple of days ago in my VK45.02A for the first time, always wanted it, but never thought i would, especially in a slow HEAVY tank!
With just around 3000 battles to my name, I considered Raider impossible to get unless by accident. I got it last week on El Halluf with a Semovente of all things. After a pretty normal game where I did a wee bit of damage to the enemy (probably 400-600), we ended up with 3v2, a low-health Marder (in whom I have put a shot or two) and a Leafblower on the enemy side; me, some arty and a tank on ours. I was able to get myself into the enemy circle while the tank remained outside, closer to the front, most likely trying to spot or just AFKing, no idea. The enemies stayed back, shooting blind into the circle and all I could do beyond praying was constantly repositioning myself to the last place that Leafblower has hit, hoping they won't pick the same spot twice. And they did not. Only after the game I realised that I remained unspotted. A nice surprise before Christmas.
I randomly received 2 Raider medals over 15000 battles, one in the Pz T25 and the second in the StuG IIIG. It was in the early days of my playing the game where I did a lot of sniping.
I got my raider medal on Karelia like 10 years ago in my Tier 4 Matilda, I just drove down the middel, because I was tired of the game and wanted to die fast, apparently it worked different. All the way down the middel, to the enemy base and capped out :D
On encounter, WOW!!

You tell your team to no cap kill all and make sure they are filled with lust. Then you break your word as you cap lol
I got my one and only Raider medal by sheer chance in my Churchill GC. I was simply unable to follow the battle's pace after several shots, and wound up just driving into the enemy cap, as my team chased down the remains of the opposing team.

I got my Raider in the FV304 on Westfield six or seven years ago. I wasn't even going for it so it was a nice surprise at the end.
I only have 1 Raider medal. I was still a newbie player when I got it in 2014. I had saved money and bought the BT-SV, because it was available for sale for a week or something. I was on Prokhorovka, and I was sniping. My team was losing badly, because the enemy just blitzed through the forest road and middle. While the last few of my teammates were defending our southern cap, I ventured to the enemy's cap circle in the north. I forget if I went along the train tracks or took a wide arc through the right side hill, but I was there soon enough. Back then, I believe the cap circle had a building or two half inside the circle, so I was hiding right by them. My teammates died, and I was the only one left against two, three, or four enemies. Can't remember which, but it was one of those choices. In any case, I just barely won, because as I finished capping, I saw an enemy coming towards me.
A few years back I got a Raiders in my Bishop on Lakeville. All of the remaining enemies were in own and I went down the valley and got on cap. My clanmate guarded the cap in case an enemy got back in time.
I also missed out on getting LT-8 (cap with at least 60 points) for the 260 recently. I had most of the cap points, a skorpian g joined me, and we got to 99 cap points before he randomly left to let the team kill the last enemy. Heart broken.

My entire team and the enemy had gone in one direction and I thought "bugger it, lets do something completely off the books".
I've gotten Raider 3 times.
Hetzer - was my first month, I barely knew what I was doing.
Obj 704 - Came down to the last 2 minutes and there were three vehicles - 2 of us, 1 of the other guy. Then it was 1v1 and I was at the enemy cap. Last victim said he managed to roll the other guy onto his side before dying. With less than 2 minutes left I couldn't get back in time to finish the guy off so I just capped. I didn't realize I had never been spotted.
M44 - Sneaky, evil using the keyboard with an arty. Managed to evade around the edge of the map and sneak into the cap, settling into a bush to take shots from the enemy base. Only one vehicle thought to respond to the cap warning but... it was an OI-Exp. I watched the last few seconds of him slow rolling toward the cap trying to figure out which bush to shoot...
it feels like this one is reallistically achievable only with those meme setups and tactics, usually undermining the team's success (if they aren't just rolling over the enemies)
I got a raider medal back in the day with the m5a1 stuart on Himmelsdorf. I didnt even know that there was such a medal at the time
I have 2 Raider medals. One of them was exactly on this map 9 years ago with the Jackson, it was a Kolobanov at the same time too because my teammates went 'no cap kill all' idiot mode and got slaughtered, I went to the cap and got the 100 points. The second one was in my T95 in the now extinct map Stalingrad.
i did it one year ago with UDES 03 on cliff, was camping whole battle and then in 2v2 i realised i have not been spotted yet and there is a rare medal.. and camonet setup helped a lot xD

My Raider medal was ridiculous. I had internet issues and crashed out of the game before it even started. When I got back in I was alone on my flank and I cruised up, trying to find someone, and my team on the other flank capitulated and I just took the cap lazily. and capped out while I was hoping the enemy heavies wouldn't catch me. I also got a Kolobanovs medal for good measure.
