I read the comments before the video and I was like well this isn't gonna work,besides mine are genetic dark circles anyways I thought I'd give it a go anyways. So I plugged my ear phones in and went to sleep with it playing. With just that hour in that one's night they faded quite a bit you'd be surprised. I didn't wake up looking as tired as normal.

well, I'm not even kidding, this actually works! I listened to it while studying for my exam and when I went to washroom during my break, I actually noticed my under eyes almost blending with my skin colour. I've always been insecure and thought getting rid of them are impossible as they're due to genetics but this seems to make it possible. Trying this....... coz lately I have eye bags and those puffy things on the top of the cheeks just below the eyes. No amount of sleep seems to help alleviate them and I end up looking tired all the time. Lovely that you've done this with only nature sounds and no music! Even though I love music of course, but find it annoying in Subliminals if the music used does not give me the right feeling for the chosen subliminal. So this is great. For as long as I can remember, I have had dark circles under my eyes, even as a child. I even have a memory of one of the neighborhood kids saying that I did, then my friend saying "he always does though". I remember my dad having eye bags under his eyes, so maybe there is something genetic there. Even more so than that though, was the constant emotional abuse I was enduring from my mom. I think that's what caused it. Stress really affects a person in negative ways. I didn't think much of it at all when I was I child, but I'm starting to now.

@@jannat4060 Well, I was mainly using sapien medicine's dark circles remover, not this one. I have noticed a change using that one. One morning I woke up and was amazed by the dark circles clearing away and also the tiny wrinkles that I can only see if I look really close went away. I also listened to youthing videos for a couple hours the day before though, so I know they contributed as well. So far, the results aren't permanent, but I think if I continue to listen to these videos and reduce stress as much as possible, they will be.

I am genetically predisposed to puffy eyes and dark circle because of my parents. I’m very light skinned as so is my mother for Mexican Americans and she has puffy eyes. I love my mom but I sure don’t wish I am also someone that has puffy eyes. Now I’m 46, and seems like my puffy eyes are more noticeable now. My two younger sisters have had them since their early 30’s so I’m happy this just started happening with me. I truly hope this works; I would be fine with listening to this at night before I fall asleep.

yes but not too much...you can also drink a nice amount of water in the whole duration of a day like you can set a goal that you have to drink a particular amount of water so try to complete it bcz it is really important to drink a nice amount of water if you are listening to subliminals
