There's nothing as you say - gorgeous - about him. His looks are mediocre. His voice is run of the mill. It's the visual aspects of the total band that are marketable. There's nothing original. They're somewhat retrospective of the 1960's, for the recent born generation that need to fuss over one more band of now/today. They ain't in the Rolling Stones or Janis Joplin, etc., league.
This is hands down the best musical performance Ive seen on SNL. Performance plus the mix was flawless This video is cropped to avoid the copyright issues but it's still good
Just realized Damiano's little rap parts remind me of Anthony Keidis from Red Hot Chili Peppers. Highly recommend checking out their Italian songs as well; they're really pretty/fun too. (I sadly don't speak it but I get a translation of lyrics.)
The audio on this is so bad, I remember listening to it live on SNL and it cuts out and goes in and out. Maybe that’s why its gone lol. I have no idea why all the audio for musical performers goes so wrong. LCD soundsystem was unlistenable too recently.
The soundsystem at SNL has always been terrible. I don't know why they don't spend the money & get a decent PA for the musical guests. They have plenty of money. Lorne Michaels should invest in his own show. When Jack White performed, it sounded awful. I quit watching, so I missed this awesome band.
It was originally recorded by Frankie Valley and The Four Seasons…then covered by Madcon, then Måneskin. Best ever goes to Måneskin . Some people have no clue!
I saw this performance, and took one look at the lead, and thought 'oh my,he knows how to work a crowd very well!'
That's funny. I thought, well surely Jane's Addiction toured all over the world/ Italy, so it's not like he _couldn't have_ offspring in Italy.
Best SNL performance I’ve seen in years. Brilliant. 🥰
Same
For sure!👍
Definitely. Nathaniel Rateliff ranks up there as well. Good live performers!
I usually skip the music performances on SNL because I'm not a big fan but this one was too good. I couldn't skip it 😂
I love watching Victoria DeAngelis on bass, she's just mesmerizing!
Isn’t she extraordinary?
She looks like she's just jumping around with the bass
She is enchanting
Other than Jack White, Måneskin is the only band that surpasses everything else out there today. Brilliant performance!
Outstanding!!!!
He sounds great live which means he actually has talent. Hope they’re not one hit wonders. Lead singer is also gorgeous.
"one hit wonders"? Seems like you're not really familiar with them. They have at least ten big hits.

Probably the best performance I've seen on SNL
You probably haven't seen many.
Definitely!
@@Ponch316 ugh
They are going to appear on a rerun of SNL this saturday 7-23-22
Very helpful
Not sure y’all know this but this was originally done by a group called the four seasons in 1967. Franky Valli lead singer. Written by Bob Gaudio.
❤️
Anyone know why they removed it from their channel?
that’s what i’m wondering bruh
Copyright?
No that sucks
@@hg82met not copyright issue!!others on utube from SNL

what year--episode was this on snl
This year, 2022, and the host was Will Forte!
@@maddieadaddy thanks for your info
I wondering y she wasn't shown
Ethan (drummer) looks so cool
Good performance, terrible mix.
Rather watch the Banana Splits
Total nonsense
They stole Jane’s addiction style, and this song is terrible. it’s not a hook if you just repeat the same thing over and over and over again.
LMFAO it's a cover and not even remotely similar to Jane's Addiction.
It's a cover of Madcons version of Beggin'
It’s literally a cover, they didn’t even write it

Great voice, gorgeous man.
