I gotta say, as a native Texan, and Houstonian more specifically, it’s so cool to see so many of the British side of youtube coming and enjoying what we have to offer in recent years. I love that you guys haven’t focused on just bbq like many do, but instead have taken in more of the multicultural side of what our state has to offer since we do have so much influence from others on our food and culture. I know there’s a lot of gimmick when it comes to the size of things in Texas but there’s so much more we have to offer than that. I really hope you guys enjoyed your time here!

After what Chef Christine did, I’d love to see a new series in the future where Ben/Kush/Food Team make a dish, the boys get to eat it, and then have to recreate it without instructions. All the correct ingredients, plus a few curveballs, store cupboard/pantry availability if they want to riff on it a little and make it their own, then have Ben and Kush judge it

This video is amazing. Barry and Mike crushed it with the first challenge. It's not an easy task to cook up a Masterchef created dish with no proper recipe. Ben's trained them well! But also, Barry and Mike were so adorable during the whole video - holding hands, enjoying the skyline, going parasailing together- and the way Barry calmed Mike down when he was freaking out was so sweet. It looked like they had a great time!
Ben and Jamie on the other hand, looked like they were sweltering. I was seriously worried they would get heat stroke at some point. I'm so glad they had a good time and got to experience the food market and brewery and have a bit more chill time.
And the team challenge was incredible to watch. Both teams did great, but Jamie and Barry were really strategic about it, playing to Izzy and Tom's tastes and preferences. Really good job!

SO amazing seeing Christine Ha again. I followed the Masterchef season she won and was constantly amazed at her skills and truly felt at the end, that she deserved the win. Glad to see her flourish!

As a Californian, Mexican food is in our blood. So watching this series on Texas is so relatable to me and I didn't know the fajita was invented there. Love some big food history. If you ever go to San Diego, be sure to check out the restaurant that invented the Caesar salad.

I have to admit...Ever since the hiccup episode (which made me laugh more than any other episode you've ever published)... Every Izzy cameo brings a smile to my face. More than 4 buds teasing each other, it really is THOSE human moments that create the best memorable moments.

You were so impressed with the mix of Cajun French and Vietnamese. It doesn't surprise me. So much of the Vietnamese food we know today is a mix of French and Vietnamese from the post WW II occupation.

I was so happy to see Ninfa’s and Mama Ninfa included in this video. My mother used to work for her and even went to several openings of her restaurants. I remember meeting her as a young girl and she was the sweetest person. So giving and caring. I am going to send this video to my mom and then wait to hear her tell more stories from her decades as a Ninfa’s employee. ❤️❤️

Man, I got so excited when I saw Christine Ha. Still one of the best MasterChef contestants, and certainly the most memorable. And it just made her victory even sweeter after Joe Bastianich, in all of his infinite, pompous wisdom, flat out said she doesn't belong in a kitchen because a blind person cooking is too much of a liability.

I remember when she won, I acctually still cry when I think about it. Representation is so important and she really truly shined, doing what she loves despite her dissabillity. I loved how she was treated like any other contestant and rreally got the chance to prove herself.

You made living in houston seem much better than it is lol
Ninfa's has fallen off quite a bit from when i was younger. There are some much better places for mexican here.
I wish y'all could have tried Gaido's crab cheesecake.
    I dream about it.
But yeah you definitely made this place look better.

Playing catch up on Videos that I missed having just found the channel after the Sub 10 with Josh and the Mythical Kitchen team, then have to stop just a couple minutes in when I see a familiar face that had me immediately saying those boys and the team are going to be eating well this leg of the journey. Christine was my absolute favourite contestant ever on Master Chef. Watching her compete was inspiring.
