- For the first time, I went to an Air Balloon festival. It was on my bucket list for a while. Never I thought that the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta would be the first.

We stayed only 3 days on location. I am not very happy about what I shot. There are a lot of clips I wanted that I don't have. Only because you never know what to expect with air balloons. The first morning, we were late for the Dawn Patrol because of a bad Uber driver. The second morning, we went outside the field near the Rio Grande and shot probably the best photos of the week. Then the third morning, I was hoping to get timelapses of the dawn patrol balloons, that take off before the sunrise and look like giant lanternes in the sky. But as you can see in the video, I don't have it because the wind wasn't good that day.
But it's ok, I already planned a lot of things for next year!

De très belles images et c'est également très intéressant de pouvoir matérialiser les mouvements de l'atmosphère grâce à tous ces ballons. On peut facilement visualiser les différentes couches et les directions de vent différentes.

Hi emeric, hoping to catch balloons and solar eclipse this weekend. There are no good spots with higher elevation so have to just wing it and hope for the best

@@EmericTimelapse i found a spot by rio grande on Saturday but not many balloons after mass ascension. Eclipse was amazing. I got a perfect ring of fire 😀

During the mass ascension starting around 0:25, the video becomes a little choppy. How can this be corrected? Do you need a shorter timelapse interval or can it be done in post when you render? I'm considering joining your workshop this year. Thanks

Quelle maîtrise bravo ! À mes yeux tu es un des meilleurs car très pédagogue j’ai beaucoup appris avec tes petits Tuto gratuit sur ta page RUclips, je peux dire aujourd’hui que je sais faire quelques beau Timelapse même si il me reste beaucoup à apprendre.
Dommage que la majorité de tes vidéos soit en anglais même avec les sous-titres ce n’est jamais vraiment facile car beaucoup de techniques à apprendre, aujourd’hui mon problème principal est le flickering tu as fait une vidéo en 2015 il faut que je suive tes conseils et que j’achète un filtre car LRTimelapse fait déjà très bien son travail je trouve mais ça ne suffit pas sur certains de mes projet.
Petite question Emeric j’ai l’intention d’acheter un objectif mais mon choix n’est pas encore arrêté, que conseillerais-tu d’acheter comme focal pour des Timelapse de paysage, je n’arrive pas à faire un choix.

Merci! Oui je suis passé en anglais car je souhaite atteindre plus de monde avec mon travail et le français me limite trop! J'ai quand même une base avec pas mal de vidéos en français. J'en ferais quelques unes dans le futur si je trouve que le sujet mérite d'être traduit complètement, comme c'est le cas pour tout mes cours payant.
Pour l'objectif je te conseille de partir sur quelque chose d'assez large comme 24-105, 16-35 ou 24-70. Tu peux tourner large mais zoomer si besoin est!
