Es ist so schön! Ich liebe es! Tatsächlich erinnert es mich an das meines Onkels, der gerade ein neues Haus auf der Bailti-Website gefunden hat, ansonsten ist es wunderschön
Thank you and I agree. I have become more comfortable in my later videos for explaining some of the process. I am sure I will revisit a light fixture like this one again in my newer format. 👍🏼
Nicely done! I love the steel brackets with the barn wood beam... Gives me some ideas for my own projects, thinking I might add some lighting to my old barn ladder pot rack.
They are connected to same circuit, yes. I used the 12 volt converter that comes with the leds and just hard wired it to the Edison bulb circuit. Still working great!
Vincent Tong definitely didn’t have to burn it first. That is just how I ended up editing the video. I burned the ends though trying to match the aging on the beam. 👍🏼
Properly prepped and treated barn wood is in millions of very upscale homes now days. I find your comment to be quite a stretch. Thanks for watching though! 👍🏼
@@SquareSplinter Let me clarify my opinion to you. Maybe then you will understand and conclude 1 - look at the design of your room and the color of the door trim - there is a dark brown color, quality wood. In your piece of wood with a light gray tint - it does not fit into your interior at all 2 Wooden ceiling mount plates - perpendicular to the line of the lamp - it looks awful 3 The power cable had to be glued to metal holders (polyethylene), so that it would not be visible. If you did not guess to use a square profile tube. 4 Consider a wooden bar with LED strip ... at the bottom the wide part of the tree, then the luminous strip, the narrow part. Now imagine and flip the other way around. Then the iron bracket of the mount will not overlap the LED strip. 5 LED strip had to choose with more pcs of diodes to make light more even or use matte white acrylic. 6 Ceiling mounts are too long, not harmonious and too big shadow on the ceiling In short… but in any case, you have done a big jod
zservice72 zservice72 you CLEARLY put WAYYY more thought into this than the 5 min I spent planning it out. I’m sure yours will be built to much higher specs than mine. 👍🏼. Thanks either way.
Good Job
nice work...love music in back!
Sir, I love your builds..... Question tho - what did you add to the vinegar mixture?
Muito top. Parabéns, Belo trabalho.

Thanks 👏👏👏👏
Nice video but I definitely would've liked to hear you give your instructions on the DIY process.
Thank you and I agree. I have become more comfortable in my later videos for explaining some of the process. I am sure I will revisit a light fixture like this one again in my newer format. 👍🏼

Nikos Woodworking DIY thanks a lot man, really appreciate it.
Muy buen video
Really loved the video. You do some amazing work! I only wish you showed how you made ceiling mounts. the looked awesome too!
They are honestly super simple. They were just 1” wide metal strapping that is bent into a U shape. Super fast and easy. 👍🏼
@@SquareSplinter thank you for taking the time to respond
No problem! I try to reply every chance I get. 🙏🏼
Bravo 👏👏👏👏
Thank you.
Amazing work. Were the LED lights connected to the Edison bulbs?
They are connected to same circuit, yes. I used the 12 volt converter that comes with the leds and just hard wired it to the Edison bulb circuit. Still working great!
Thanks for the response. I love your design and plan on building my own!
Awesome. I would love to see it when your done.
Hi, when I click in the LED amazon link, the product does not come with the converter. Can you tell me what kind of converter you used? Thank you
Keep the good work, and you channel will grow. Good luck
Jivko Petrov thank you for the kind words.
Doood.... that is awesome! Mind sharing who you go through for ordering lighting parts?
Barn Rat Woodcraft Studio the LED Edison bulbs just from amazon. The bulb receptacle pigtails I bought locally from an Ace Hardware.
Great job mate....looking forward to see more from you, very talented. New subscriber here.
BILL MARTIN thank you very much sir! Positive comments are always super encouraging. 👍🏼
Man, love it, very nice… guess you can have the led lights by themselves or the barn lights on, or both??
You could definitely wore it that way but for this one I just wired them together. The LED’s aren’t super bright anyway.
Like it
Mond 2017 thank you! 🙏🏼
can you tell me the thickness of the plexiglass for pleasure?
It was 1/4”
@@SquareSplinter tankyou
very beautiful man. can you tell me the measures of wood please?
giannis athanasiadis thank you! It’s about 2x4”x4’ long.
can you write it in 'cm' please?
i cant understanding as you write it.
Good idea, but the music is too loud
Missed the translation of how the led was lit up
I just cut the plug off of the led lights and wired them with the bulb sockets.
why do you have to burn the oak before you plug in the lamp?
Vincent Tong definitely didn’t have to burn it first. That is just how I ended up editing the video. I burned the ends though trying to match the aging on the beam. 👍🏼
Привет, провод нужно спрятать👆
Nice video and end result 👌. Stupid loud and distracting music.
Hopefully learning as I go. 👍🏼.
great work , but you should really be explaining all your steps instead of just cheesy music , would be a lot more helpful .
why would you have such killer music during your build, only to end it with shit music at the 5:54 mark. Great work though.
Очень сложно!
Много манипуляций, к сожалению,и много инструмента профессионального!
I like what you doing but i dont like that you not show the steps
terrible squalor, especially from a constructive point of view
