I came across your video today about your button hole attachment on your industrial sewing machine and I wanted to ask for your advice on it and if I should get an industrial regular button hole machine or the keyhole. I am thinking of purchasing my "final" machine which will be a JUKI MBH-180 After this machine i believe I will be done and become the more resourceful sewer I once was rather than saying "I need a machine for that" I had one question (also open to any advice) this machine only does regular button holes with is perfect for dress shirts and flannels that I make, but i wanted to know if I were to make jackets or pants/cargo pant, will this be enough or is it "mandatory" too have a keyhole machine? Can't wait to hear from you, Clayson
Hi Clayson, I did this video to help collegues when I was studying fashion design. So I'm not a specialist. I remember that some students use it with jeans so I think it would be enough for your needs. I think in the spec you can see how much thick you can adjust. I used to have few machines but I was not using them all that much. If you are a student or starting in fashion design I recommend you to find someone in your area that own this machine and find a deal with to use it as you need. Also, most of the cleaner company who offer alteration or repair service have this machine. So you can ask them to do it for you with a discount price based on your needs. But if you really want to buy your own machine, again, the best answer is doing a test sample on that machine in your area. Then if it's what you're looking for, buy it. Juki are heavy machine that last for life 💪 Sorry for my english writing skills... I hope you will find what you looking for!
hola, no soy tecnico, me gustaria responderte pero no se como ajustar los demas componentes de la maquina. Puede encontrar la información consultando el manual de usuario de la máquina. Espero que encuentre las respuestas y pueda ajustar su máquina.
With the white roll. Make sure you insert the thread correctly from the begining and positionning the needle the right direction. Here to download the manual : www.manualslib.com/download/1165058/Juki-Mbh-180.html Good luck!
