Good to see you are doing ok, Kyle. I understand how you felt, as I experienced the same when I was your age. You see, as long as you maintain your mental health stable, you can overcome anything I believe. Therefore, just be glad whenever you face a complex problem, be it difficult subjects, bad grades, social issues, etc. Because once you go out to the real world, you may witness truly stressful and undesired moments. When you feel like questioning all your choices, and feel down, i think you should ask yourself, why did you start in the first place? Think of your end goals .. in that way, you won’t lose yourself in the process coz for sure it’s gonna get harder. Life is not all a bed of roses
I feel so related. I transferred to a new school in a new country for the final 2 years of high school, and things are…a bit complicated. I hate the super hot and rainy weather, finding it very hard to build friendships with people who know each other very well already and come from such different backgrounds to my own, losing my purpose a little… also just the feeling of having to establish everything from scratch. There were highlights, but still, it’s hard. Now I just hope that college applications go well this time next year… 我大学也打算申请化学专业hhh，你的视频很inspiring, by any chance到时候找你看看essays啥的呀～ 一起加油！

It only gets harder every year. Definitely glad that I got the harder courses out of the way the first 3 years. Made senior year a lot more pleasant.
