- First released in 1992 (Top-Force Evolution 58107), the kit was re-released with some little changes in 2021 (47470).
It was the top end 4WD Buggy from TAMIYA, back in the days.

Yeah the chassis and especially the top plate (with the writing) are pure "over 18" stuff 😄 Shock Towers are a little thin. The whole thing is awesome, top end, let's not forget the base model is almost 30 years old. Thanks for watching 🤝

This kit is a real fun build, and goes together lovely.... shame on Tamiya for the silver can though, this kit deserves better!
I fitted the alloy motor mount, racing gear set, and have since fitted a 23 turn Superstock RZ motor in mine.
I also built a TRF custom special top force with as many Tamiya blue bling hop ups as I could find!
That one has a Superstock TZ motor.
These are one of the best handling Buggy chassis that Tamiya have ever made!

Hi. Sorry for the late answer. Thanks for your comment, always appreciated 😇 I restored (and built) my bunch of DF01, but only driven a few minutes with a Terra Conqueror many many years ago. Hopefully it will change this year 🤔 Thanks for watching 🤝

Nice build video. I love the DF-01 Chassis. Not a fan of the evo body. I like the manta ray and dirt thrasher Bodies.
Thanks. My preference on DF01 goes to the Terra Conqueror (or Blazing Star). And probably in the future, I will build the Manta Ray that I have 😉
