Happy to see you thriving but as a dietitian, I need to point out something. PUFAs are NOT the issue. The human body needs omega 3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). The problem with the modern diet is: 1. An imbalance between these 2 categories (too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3 in the diet) 2. The types of PUFAs used in fast food and processed foods end up there though very processed oils which further oxidize by the products sitting on shelves. Also, you can't get rid of starch in potatoes because starch is the main carbohydrate in potatoes. Neither should you because cold-boiled potatoes are a rich source of resistant starch. Resistant starch serves as a prebiotic for gut microflora. It contributes to the healing of the gut.
I’m in week 2 too!! before doing meli’s ab workout, I promise you I wasn’t able to do one push up at all. I legit couldn’t push myself back up, but now, I’m able to do 3 solid push ups with good form and 4-5 if I really push. it makes me so happy

Don't remember the last time I saw a fitness video that went over stretches, gave you a food recipe, and gave you a book to read. This is truly a Bronze-Era approach and it is reflected in Meli's amazing physique and fitness that is indicative of that era. Magnifique
My gut health is always better and no inflammation when I eat a lot of salad. When I was whole food vegan (now I occasionally have eggs and fish too), I was the most supple I've ever been and my recovery was amazing and I never got a cold.

Nuts and Seeds: While nuts and seeds can be healthy, some, like sunflower seeds and pine nuts, are higher in omega-6. Margarine and Shortening: These often contain oils high in n-6 PUFAs.
Plants. Eat lots of plants. Seeds. Nuts. Fruits. Fungi. Grains. Herbs. Leafy greens. Roots. Sprouts. People who say plants don't have protein sound like they've never seen a horse.

Things to avoid for CHRONIC TIGHTNESS.
Canola, Cottonseed, Grape Seed, Nut oils, Peanut, Safflower, Sesame, Soy, Sunflower.
