- Taped in April of 2016 at Red Studios Hollywood the day we did the AGENTS OF FORTUNE 40th Anniversary video shoot. The decision was made not to use it at the time, but we were provided a "rough cut" copy from which this is derived. The audio was given the "demix/remix" treatment and the video was processed to monochrome as an homage to A HARD DAYS NIGHT.

Can’t get any cooler than Mr. Bloom. Covering a ballad with hands in pocket, harmonizing perfectly while just standing there staring into camera. Brilliant band all around, and Eric’s the King of Cool.

Have been in a 60s mood for a few weeks after seeing the Bootleg Beatles in concert, just great, so BOC playing a Beatles song has made my day, been a fan since seeing them first in 1978 !

Kasim Sulton really brings this to the next level! I have been seeing BOC live continuously since the 1980's and their harmony vocals sounded the BEST when Kasim was in the band! He's an amazing bassist too, an all around master musician! I was so sad when he moved on from the band.
He was basically on loan from Todd Runtgren's band. Runtgren wasn't touring at the time and BOC needed a bassist.
He's wonderful in Utopia.
He also played bass guitar on Steve Hillage's wondrous "L" album which also has some Beatles and Donovan sixties aspects. 1976 album engineered by Todd Rundgren and they used his band Utopia to support the awesome Mr Pillage. I think they were all very very young at the time, which makes it all the more wonderful.
First saw BOC in 1975 when they opened for Uriah Heep 👍

1977 Ector County Colosseum (probably the other spelling, but who remembers??). I believe Wishbone Ash opened. Unless it was Black Oak Arkansas. Still have all the old vinyl. Love that 70s guitar army...

Saw that tour...it was awesome. Interestingly my first concert was "Black & Blue Sunday" ...it was on a Sunday with Black Sabbath and BOC. Helluva show....
Side note: That was in the days when they had the huge Godzilla behind them and would bring out the motorcycle during "Born to Be Wild"......

Have seen these guys at some wonderful venues beginning in 1978. Saw them do a show on a flatbed semi trailer in the middle of a field at the Obetz Zucchini Fest about 15 years ago. Not many lights. Incredibly amazing performance even there.🙂

At first listen I too wondered why? But the more I hear it the more I like it. Thanks guys! My favorite band of all time. Also, love the sound of Buck’s fingers sliding across the strings… just like the Original. These guys are true musicians who can play anything.
When BOC warms up backstage, they play acoustic Beatles songs... so they could play a bunch of them if they wanted to. They probably chose to film / record this one for fun.

Is this legit? There's no umlaut over the "O"? At the end it says "Bivalve Omnimedia Corps" LLC, which also spells out BOC, but without the umlaut. Very unusual.
