How to Make Delicious Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers With Ground Beef | Ms Konadu's Kitchen

  • Stuffed bell peppers are a tasty and simple dinner that are suitable for any occasion. Ms. Konadu's Kitchen has a recipe for excellent stuffed bell peppers with ground meat.
    Ingredients:
    4 medium bell peppers (red, yellow or green)
    1 pound ground beef
    1 diced onion
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 cup rice, cooked
    1 tomato can, diced
    1 cup shredded cheese
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
    2. Remove the tops of the bell peppers and discard the seeds and membranes.
    3. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil in a pan over medium heat until transparent.
    4. Cook until the ground meat is browned in the skillet. Remove any extra fat.
    5. To the pan, add the diced tomatoes, cooked rice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes,
    stirring often.
    6. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and top with the meat and rice mixture.
    7. Grate cheese over the filled peppers.
    8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the cheese has melted, in a preheated
    oven.
    9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    You may substitute cauliflower rice for the rice for a lower-carb alternative. You may also add herbs like oregano or basil for extra taste.

    3 Cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup cooked white rice
    1½ teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1tbsp Korean Chilli paste
    1 Egg
    Olive oil
    Parsley
    30g Butter
    30g Flour
    2tbsp Sugar
    1 tsp Vinegar
    1 dash of water to beglare
    Sieved Tomatoes
