Thank you to Chris and to Adrian Thorpy again for a great day.
Thank you for watching Видеоклипы
Just wanna add... Anything north of the M25 is "up north" for me.. :-)
Peter Honoré 😂😂😂😂
Glad you explained, I was going to bring that up! 😅
Denmark up north
Anything north of Oxford St, for me.
Peter Honore what speaker ? ...sry no time to watch the entire video ...thx
I will say this every time I hear Pete play. He could literally plug a broomstick strung with nosehairs into a pile of rocks and it sound good. But man, there's something so special about that purple tele...
As long as the nosehairs are 9 to 42 you'll be fine ;)
The man is a legend!
i could listen to you play all day pete.......its a delight everytime
Facts my guy!
Man i was set on getting Helix and then i hear clips like these and realize tube amps are still on another level. Great playing Pete.
Just came back to this video and man, I've played and owned some very nice amps - this is one of THE best fendery amps I think I've ever heard. Gotta try a rift some day
I've had the pleasure of playing on Pete's amp. I also tried a Morgan PR36, a Hampstead 60, and a hot rod deluxe and the rift amp was definitely the best to my ears. If I had two grand I'd get one in a heart beat.
That cost 2k?!
That's ridiculously good value tbh.
I'm on that shit .. !
Thanks for your work peter!! I love yours videos
Awesome!!!.. Love the Tone of the amp!.. Happy holidays to you and your family 🙏🙂
Peter Honoré sir, that is a beautiful sounding amp! I can only imagine how nice it must sound in the room!! YT compresses the hell out of the videos, so that we can't really get a clue on how something really sounds, but even over YT it sounded great. My amps have always been Fenders. I have goofed around and purchased a few others over the years, with mostly extreme disappointment, usually in the clean headroom department. I was raised with Fenders, as part of the Fender family (my uncle started working for Leo back in 1958, until he retired in 86) so that Fender sound has always been the soundtrack of my life. I know there are probably a bunch of folks that are die hard Marshall or Vox folks reading this but hey, everyone has their particular tastes in tone. And even though I have a couple of Fenders now, and one Laney Cub 212R that I plug my acoustic into the effects loop in the back (you should try this!! Bypass the amplifiers pre-amp and just use the power amp side of an electric guitar amplifier... it's pretty amazing), if I was going to go pay the big bucks for a special amp, my favorite being an original 65 blackface twin reverb, I wouldn't. Originals can have too many issues for as much as I play, and the re-issues don't really cut it. They're close, but just not quite there. If I was going to step up and pay the big bucks, I'd go for a Louis Electric Deltone. When you're going to a boutique amp builder for that something really special, like Peter did here, you expect it to be worth the extra cost. I feel Peter really got something special here! Great video as always Danish Pete!!! Love your work and your music!! Bob in Germany
Sounds amazing, beautiful tones
Anytime you upload is a treat for sure!
Thanks for sharing this Pete! Really enjoyed watching this. That amp is a complete masterpiece, congrats to Chris on it!

I believe we'll be saying the exact same thing about your new record, mate...
Oh man,so many styles from this amp, incredible sound.I need to order one of these babies .
Great amp and a very interesting conversation about tone, build and everything in between. Great video, Pete! And the playing was, as usual, spot on!
Cheers
Definitely need more of this Vlog stuff from you Pete!! ‘The Honoré Life’ 👍🏻
Absolutely the best player I have heard on youtube, it is brilliant to listen to you every time
Oh yes! Pete, you magnificent man. May your holidays be purple.
The amp sounds amazing! It has some meet to it, not overly scooped! Congratulations to both of you :) ROCK ON
Nothing like some good ol' Sweet Peter to brighten up my day.
Your amp has something special, and it has a lot of it. A full spectrum of sound, very nice.
my goodness, theres just something about this amp. absolutely brilliant
Ugh, the boost in the Dane at 8:55 is heavenly. Super great tone bro!
I haven’t heard so much lovely tones in a while😍
Very cool!... Sounds amazing, you are a very talented player there Mr Pete!....
'' Cos it resonates like an instrument '', is exactly how I describe my 45 year old Marshall 4x12 cab sat on casters. :)
Really blooming full & gorgeous sounding amp you built there too, Chris. Lucky Pete!
What an enjoyable 33 minutes! So glad I subbed to Pete's channel or this gem would have passed me by.
This was great Pete, love that amp too.
That beginning music is just amazing. Pete, you’re amazing.
Congrats Pete!
Always a pleasure listening to you play Pete the amp reminds me of all my gender amps mixed together, keep up the good work.
God that sounded fucking magical when it was on 10... just so so so so beautiful.
I'm on the cusp of signing up for one of Chris's amp building courses and this might just have made it an absolute necessity.
Amazing sounds.
Wow!
That amps was instant ear candy!
I was intentionally listening for some tweak to be done, or some persnickety tone that needed work. There was nothing man. Sounded beautiful. It had punch and projection.
The cleans were honey nectar from the gods.
Great amp! : )
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Pete. Greetings from Austria
That amp sounds fantastic...!
Kudos, Gents..!
Really enjoyed this Pete, you should do more stuff like this. It's a great sounding amp and the colour really suits you ;-)
that sounds so good... need a longer playthrough!
Found you from the Acoustasonic video on Andersons.
Still amazed by how beyond amazing that outro loop is!!

Vernon Hoover Two spaces after a period or at least one will keep it from linking what you type like it’s a website lol. But Pete.it should be a website haha.
Good to see you doing a vlog Pete! Amp sounds great!
I like the intro song very much. Very tasty playing!
This sounds incredible.
This playing is moving my emotions way more than I would like it too..... But I just can't stop listening😢
Sounds lovely
I'm already ready looking forward to "The Captain Meets..." Chris Fantana! YOU PROMISED! :)

It is what is right for you! Like a glove Brother Pete, like a glove!!
More Vlogs pls they are awesome
nice! I really like this kinda vlog
Frog Leap Studios fan here. You got my sub!
Sounds awsome!!!
It never fails to please me to hear an amp recorded simply in the room (i.e. not closemiked). This is how they sound. This is the sound of the air moving as your ear hears it. You don’t have your ear next to the speaker at a live gig (unless you’re stupid). I so wish many of my favourite channels (you know the ones, because you are here, too) would take note. Dave Simpson can do it, why can’t they? Perhaps it’s the history of recording that sets the precedent. But the development of separating instruments and isolating inputs grew out of both certain genres of music and in response to technological convenience. It’s so sterile. This is glorious.
fossilmatic I have a collection of 20 classic typical different types of speakers and over 15 cabs and combos etc. I have done hours of swapping and analyzing etc. I like you have come to the conclusion I hate standing directly in front of the speakers and have told many people I like the sound of the room. Not the direct sound of the speakers. Speakers and cabs make a huge difference. But where you stand to listen, the room, and how the cab is placed in the room matter just as much. Sometime RUclipsr’s will often not mix and mike the room enough and it turns my stomach! Nice to hear someone with a belief like me!
@@waynetoneseekerandersen2213 This is why close miking is standard: rooms vary far more than the results of close miking.
Great sounding amp My fave tubes too 😍👌😁
your Purple Tele and that Rift amp are special....add the Dane and wow...
It’s good loud...I want that T shirt....all amps should be on 10.
Congrats. Nice amp. Matches your guitar.
Sounds Incredible : )
dude Pete, that sounds gorgeous! so full and chimey yet not treble its actually mellow and wide!
The used market price on RiftAmps just went up about %30 lol. Might have to check one out myself. You have great tone always man
Yeah that is sweet !
I love a happy Pete!
mega amp in the perfect size package!
Very taste playing Pete. I’d so much like to hear a whole album of this on vinyl.
Sounds lovely. Bit like The Dr Z Z Lux which loves Teles like no other amp in z world!
Pretty nice dude! Your own custom amp, custom Tele and custom pedal! Sounds great... hopefully we will hear it recorded properly at some point!
Sounds great! Wish I could get one in the US!
If you can't hear a difference, no reason to put it in... I like that comment! Nice amp Pete and nice playing! I like the color matching too.
Everything purple Pete! Style!
You drove on the wrong side! 😄👍🍻 btw: nice video.
Hey Pete cheers from Southern California Bud! Hey wake up you’re driving on the wrong side of the damn road!!
Amazing sounding amp made by an amazing, knowledgeable guy. The thing about Brownface tone stacks was totally new to me and I thought I knew a fair bit about guitar amps! Very cool stuff indeed and it sounded amazing! Would love to hear Chris talk more about the technical stuff. Any chance of getting him on TPS or Andertons' Captain Meets or something so we can hear more?
You're on the wrong side of the road sir!
I know, the driving video made me cringe waiting for the head-on collision :)
TonePilot I'm telling you it was a stressful few mins.😅
Seriously gave me anxiety 😂
still dont grasp why not all Brits play lefty's .
Nice of his secret passenger to do the filming though... ahem
Tasty playing as always! This amp is absolutely superb. Is the background music on your drive from this amp?
Lovely BGM
I gotta find one of those pedals as well ( The Dane ). Not easy to find in Canada. May have to order one from Anderton's when the Silly Season is over.
Great job on that, as well, Pete.
Best of the Holidays to you and yours.
Blair Lane not if the post office goes back on strike hahw
@@User-es2yz I'm rural...We haven't gotten mail, even flyers, in near a week.

Blair Lane same dude, I live just outside Woodstock NB in a little village on a hill. I wanted to order some guitar equipment about a month ago but I didn’t want to waste money
Hey... I found Danish Pete's chanel! Now I can have unlimited awsome guitar playing!
Again....as I said on insta...your doing good. Keep it up.
Sounds great would actually love to hear a Les Paul played through it
now youve just to get some kemper profiles of that amp done ! for all of us to buy haha
"Up north somewhere like Oxford, Milton Keynes..." - spoken like a true Southerner! :)
No, a true Dane :-)
Sounds amazing, isnt it also amazing that in theory, some guy somewhere in the 50s/60s got almost the same tone. They really got it right didnt they
Awesome
Noice! Reminds me of the John Mayer Two Rock
Damn - I wanna do that when I grow up.
What do think about doing a video with the dane going into Fender blues junior and ac15?. I think there would be a mountain of people who would be really interested, can a great pedal make a basic amp sound incredible, just an idea. Have a great Christmas with ya family mate and thanks for the cool videos. 🎸👍
To see ppl crying about Pete’s “low pants” is annoying. If that’s how he likes them fine. As someone else who lacks in the bottom area, my pants usually look like they’re sagging 😂😂😂. Keep rocking Pete 🤟🏾
With A Mind Wide Open plus, maybe he lost weight. Anyway, I’m with u I could care less if his jeans are riding low.
Hey! I'm here from Leo.
That guy is the only guy who stays 100% calm while Pete is playing his ass off. 😄🙈
Amp sounds great as does your playing , wheres the purple line at Andertons they need that
What’s the track called that’s playing as you drive ? Awesome new amp dude. !!!
I dont know how you got away with driving on the wrong side of the road for so long. Brave man
i remember the video of john mayer testing out his signature two rock years ago.
Merry xmas
And to you...
Is the vibe coming from the amp or your pedal board? It sounds great either way!
