This has to be the most ungreedy to exist. I don't think any other company reduced costs and pass it on to the consumer. Most companies reduce cost solely for the purpose of making more money. Not that that is necessarily A Bad Thing that's a part of business, but when it comes to ethics and doing the right thing when nobody's looking. That's amazing. Thank You
Awesome, I am very excited to give this motor a try. For the VRD with and without rear Steering, what KV, what Pinion, and what Spur gear will you recommend. This is assuming that this rig is strictly a Technical Crawling rig with 1.9 wheels, 4.19 tires, and powered by the Holmes 10 pole. And finally, an installation with the same theme as mentioned but with 2.2 wheels, and 5.75 or 5.1 Proline LPs, maybe with a cut and shut tire installation. Thank you in advance. Keep up the Great Work with your, innovation, new products, and Top-Shelf quality. If it ain't powered by Holmes, I'd rather fly Drones!
Stoked to get the power in a inrunner motor! I just got a v1 ordered because my crawler spot Elk Rock Island has a lot of water to play in. Thanks for always improving and Making American innovation #1
I got a 1 off tube chassis that needs to run the stubby kit, i have been waiting for this to come since i saw the other "teaser" about it. I'll definitely be snagging one when theyre available!
Outstanding, congrats on all that hard work paying off and yielding a motor you are really proud of. Coming from you, that’s saying something! So will the new motor have a preference regarding your speedos? Will it prefer the high voltage unit or with that efficiency you told us about, will the V3 be just as good a fit? I know they will probably both be fine but it seems silly to get a high performance motor and not give it what it prefers in terms of power delivery. Kind of like getting a talented F1 driver that likes rear end stability and then designing a car with a nervous rear end, okay it’s a bit different, but you get the idea. My application will be a trail spec Fordyce or H10 Optic.
i've been in the RC hobby since the 80s-and I'll shoot straight with you John-even me gets highly confused with your products. If you really want to be rich, start making things way easier for everybody including an ESC with the motor, all the scientific mumbo-jumbo scares people away bro. This is why hobby wing does so well because they have a package that just works and it's easy. You put off this vibe like we're better than everybody yet everybody knows you're hurting and probably barely keep afloat. Still a big fan just wanted to speak for the people who won't speak if that makes sense. Start making things easier for people. Again motor with ESC-will be much better for you if you wanna make real money. Not this "this motor will work well with specific ESC's or that one will with this one" that just confuses the hell out of everybody and we all just run to hobby wing. Hope that makes sense looking forward to stuff in the future from you over and out
@Moshpit_Marv everybody else in the comments just asks for a 2n1, you really think that insults are needed here brother? I'm a nerd and this stator / rotor is a huge deal. Maybe we can craft some marketing terms that's more approachable . How about "my rotor is fatter than yours" 😆😆😆
I think if you turn all the trucks on the wall around the set will look better to the viewer...just an opinion but most of the time I like to see the front of trucks.
What kind of price are you going to be starting these at (not like that really matters to me because i will be getting one or a few anyways) but sorry if you did say and i just missed that part.
Can you make a new LP servo lol I have a rig that has all your electronics and want to use a bta servo mount in rear to make it 4ws and I need it to match 😅
What would you recomend in a trx6 that does around 8 miles per outting. Trucks 19lbs and running a trailmaster pro 1700kv and doong great but that was my first motor i spent good money pn so id like to preserve it lol
Will this run with the HV on 4s? I want to do a 2200 with 4s and the hv crawler master and gear down!! Seems like it would be a perfect combo.. get my money ready for the release!
Interesting...looks like you could use a bigger can...and stuff an ESC in it...😊
Sweet motor. I look forward to trying one out
That's so cool. Still, bigger is better. Would love to see a 550 length can with a massive rotor. 😆
+1
Why ?

4:56.....🤣😂😅😆
Shut up and take my money!!!!!🤪
Awesome next generation motor. Looking forward to upgrading my crawlers with these.
Awesome job.. I cannot wait to get my hands on one or 12 LOL
Now make it a 2 in 1 motor esc combo to further save weight.
Another run of the purple team spec please!
Can't wait to see the kv ratings an how they perform on 4s
Congrats on the new offerings John!!! Looking forward to adding this motor to my VP Optic kit when the motor comes available!
Sounds too good to be true! Great job, and I did not expect a price drop either
Pretty stoked to hear it all came together. Congratulations. Can't wait to get one

Glad to see it'll work with the stubby kits.
Awesome! Love the innovation!
Great new release! Monster rotor, this thing is going to be a beast! 👍

Good job!
16 pole outrunner
Looking forward to this one, can't wait to try one out on one or more of my fleet of crawlers
Excellent news and looking forward to trying in a few rigs! Rad!!
Dang was hoping for a Holmes Original song about rotor size LOL
Can't wait!!!!
Can't wait! In for a 2700. It's going to give me an excuse to put together a vrd carbon.
Nice👍🏾💯
Very nice definitely going to have to get one of these!!
Let’s go.
Need my team driver samples over night shipped
Bring the beard back!
I can’t wait. All my rigs are HH powered.

I have a vs4-10 that really needs this. I love the revolver, but the inrunner is so much nicer. I am ready with my card in hand.

NICE 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Sounds like you're proud of your New Baby!
That Rotor looks Cool! Shiny!
Can I have one?
Awesome. Can’t wait to get some. Good thing I plan on building a moa soon, definitely going to run 2 of these bad boys.
Great stuff. Gonna get one when released
Any chance they'll be some new 32 bit esc's to go with it?
Just got the HV ESC. All rigs have your 1800kv outrunners. How does this stack up to your outrunners.
I think if you turn all the trucks on the wall around the set will look better to the viewer...just an opinion but most of the time I like to see the front of trucks.
You may be onto something! I might give it a try, thnx!
Can’t wait!
I feel like most folks LOVE savings!
My guess was a new direct power servo. Glad I was wrong, that motor looks awesome! Kind of makes me want to build a new rig just to use it 😅
I was thinking the same thing.
Would this fit the vrd stubby conversation kit?
Can't wait. Take my money.
Do we have a revolver in the works for the scx6?
Can diameter? Really want to build a small can inrunner brushless moa.
What kind of price are you going to be starting these at (not like that really matters to me because i will be getting one or a few anyways) but sorry if you did say and i just missed that part.
I'm in!
Nice. Been waiting on that beast. Sexy ass rotor.
I'll Take 2!!

Sold!

Oohhhh man. So pros and cons vs say a team spec outrunner?
I want to see a 550 sized Revolver, would this be possible? I am happy to buy a custom/bespoke off you, used for pulling.
Thanks
Revolver classic is the biggest it gets
@HolmesHobbies will that be all the power il ever need for pulling or should I use the Puller Pro?
Thanks again
@@roypowell7212 the puller pro 540L is prolly the stronger motor.
@@HolmesHobbies what are your thoughts on the Classic Revolver vs Puller Pro for sled pulling?
Thank you
@@roypowell7212 puller pro for sled pulling.
❤
🤘🍻🤘
Is it out yet?
make a 540 sized can!
I can be a tester if you’d like me to be!
