WHO ARE WE?
Hey Family! We are newlyweds Nikki and Emmaus (E -May -Us) , embarking on a year-ish long honeymoon road trip across the country in our luxury converted Promaster van - Carmen VanDiego!! We are learning to build this thing called a happy marriage while traveling and running multiple businesses from our van as 2 full time entrepreneurs! We’d love for you to come along for the ride!
WHAT’S THIS VID?
It’s always nice to be one with nature every once in a while.
In this video, we are bringing you to the beautiful Mount LeConte, located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
We tried both the Alum Cave Trail and the Appalachian Trail to reach the summit-you’d see that both are hauntingly beautiful! It’s the eerie kind of beautiful! We had to be careful though as the places are inhabited by bears, snakes, and other wild animals (We had pepper spray and sticks, LOL!).
We had to thread the muddy trails and walk in the rain, but it’s all worth it as we reached the mountain’s foggy summit and we were welcomed by a sea of clouds and a magnificent view.
During this trip, hiked, biked, and sauntered around Tennessee and North Carolina. We also made a quick stop to the majestic Fall Creek Falls on our way to Nashville.
There are so many sights to enjoy, so if you’re taking notes of some must-visit places, make sure to put Mount LeConte on the list!
