Unfortunately if you look at the past videos if you only sent one cop or one park ranger the homeless give them the finger and stay in the bathroom. I agree, this is a tremendous waste of resources. It would be better served to close the bathrooms at sunset and open them after sunrise. That way they can't sleep in the bathrooms.

Homelessness by the way is a mental illness problem not a housing shortage.

Quant à la folle qui sévit régulièrement pourquoi ne pas la mettre dans un établissement psychiatrique , je pense qu'elle a un sérieusement besoin d'être soignée .
