    So if cracking a back is bad, why is it one of the first things a chiropractor does to a patient?

    DDD had significantly improved. However 9 months ago a truck rear-ended me. My back pops when I try to get up or sit down. After standing up and began to walk it pops again with severe pain and my back locks and makes me scream and takes my breath away. Cannot straighten out my
    back, my head hangs very low facing the
    ground. Can only take a few steps at a time; The popping occurs every single day; I'm so frightened that I might never be able to walk again! 😥 Thank you for the video - very informative.

    I occasionally feel a lot of tension on my upper back. I pop it and then my body feels good as heaven. I think our body know sometimes what we need. We didn't have medics 100.000 years ago for example.

    Hello sir, thanks for the video I subbed and liked. 2 days ago I was hanging on the bar and I tried stretching my back as I sit down most of the times. I heard a lower back crack pop it felt as if something had moved. I’ve got no pain but kind of feeling light leg pain. I’m not sure if it’s because of what I did. Do you think I might of snapped something??

      If it doesn't go away and especially getting worse I would get it checked out after 2-3 days. Check my red flags video for more details.

      @@apexmovebetter my legs are getting better it wasn’t that bad. I spoke to a friend and they said maybe you corrected your lower back back - basically put it back in place.

    Hi Dr.. I have had lawer back pain for the last three years trying everything as advised by physicians but all in vein. apart from pain, am experiencing back cracks and erectile desfunction. What can I do.

    i have a habit of cracking my back and i dont feel comfortable until i crack them ...this became a habit and backpain is constant ...whenever i wake up i really feel discomfort rather relax ... i have try to leave this habit but its really hurt and i have to crack it...i have tried exsercises too but ...i dont feel normal ... what should i do . i also consult doctor .. he gave pain relive gel and pain killer tablets ... but i dont find major changes ... plz help

      me too! for me it has also became a habit. for i’d say almost half a year and every morning i HAVE to crack it side to side . not just mornings but thru out the whole day and idk what to do

      You most likely over rotated your back and that causes some discs to move which will cause pain, get checked out

      i rotate my back each side through out the day and if i didnt. i feel uncomfort n pain in my whole back

    I'm a mason
    I build one house 🏠 a day lifting cement blocks every day for 20 years now... And my back hurts soooo back til I crack my back and it feels awesome after!!!

    I have a lot of back pain and pain in my right leg and sometimes my left leg. I am 17 and still growing, but do you think back cracking and sitting to much in bed harm or stunt my growth.

      Make sure you don’t do silly back exercise for 3 days. Also do not bend down and touch your toes this exercise has been proven to make it worse. Drink plenty of water. Do the chair exercise for further information on this type it on RUclips with Dr jerome next to it. Avoid sitting too much. Your height won’t stunt as long as you look after yourself

      @@okn8t id suggest doing exercises to train your back muscles watch videos on how to train upper and lower back muscles and get back massages too

    Hi Dr can you explain to me why my leg keep cracking when I walk? Only the left side of my leg and it feel stuck until my left hip😵 I cant even stretch it fully like my other leg and i also notice that my leg is uneven leg where left shorter than right.. is it safe to do chiro for that.. it effect my jaw (left) as well

    Hey, I know this is an older video but I have a question. The other day “2days” ago I laid on the ground on my back flat, I grabbed my head and pulled it forward causing my back to crack really good. The next day I woke up really really sore from my back neck and bad head ache and it’s the 2nd morning.my back was killing me all night and it’s the morning now I have a throbbing head ache and back still hurts:(

      I would try a few neck movements specifically cervical retractions.

    Hey! I wanted to ask. I'm a 14 year old.. And i crack my back about every hour when I'm home? Is it safe to do that often? Thanks!
    Ps. I have the Curved back. I don't know if that makes a difference, because i often feel a little pain in my lower back..

      Don’t crack your back every hour. Have a rest for 2 days. Do back lengthen exercise

    Hey I have both anterior pelvic tilt and winged scapula on both sides. I'm only 24 and I have really bad chronic back pain and pain every now and then on shoulder pain, knee pain, neck pain and elbow pain. Is it because my skeletal form is all messed up?

      That’s crazy I do too I crack my back and neck whenever I’m able too kinda bad feels so good after I do it sometimes I want another crack because it feels like it needs to be released from tension

      Apex Orthopedic Rehabilitation I regular stretch and I have been for months but it doesn’t help. Cracking isn’t a long-term solution but it does help me a lot. When I don’t crack my back sooo much tension builds up and it even starts to hurt until I relieve it by cracking my back. Should I see anyone for this? Idk if it’s important but I’m also a veterinary technician so my job is physically demanding on my back
