Me either. I use to get beat at games at recess and about half way through kindergarten it hit me. I started watching kids play outside. Learning their every move. By 1st grade I started honing my skills. From that point on I knew my calling was watching other people. Oh wait, that sounds a little creepy. You get the point though people. In fact, most of us believe it's one of the worst things that has happened, not only to conservative ideals, but to America. Ask a teacher, they fail a lot of kids (high school ) and they still get their diploma. The district just hands them out. They let them make up an entire year over an hour.
I'm in education. The problem is, if you fail a student, the teacher gets blamed which is why they pass them. You also have to be very careful about failing nonwhite students, suspending them, or referring them to special ed. There are more conservative educators than you think however we are scared to come forward because we know we will be fired. I stopped paying my union dues years ago. A lot has changed.

(country clubs and golf courses) Na, other students like what all schools of higher learning have via teachers pets usually handing out assignments and graded all our work. If we had a pressing technical question based on digital logic or ohms law there was usually no professor to ask 90% of the time? lol!

I don’t get the craze. Few schools are trying to indoctrinate your kid. Unless you live in an inner city, it doesn’t matter. Additionally, you’re likely not fit to educate your child. Unless you don’t want to teach them to go into STEM or medicine, then you can teach them, considering you likely don’t know the math, chemistry, or physics required to teach them sufficiently.
Twenty-five years ago, when it wasn't popular, I homeschooled my daughter through 8th grade. She then did high school in 3 years, finishing at 16. She graduated from college with a history and pre-med degree at 20. Today she is a practicing neurosurgeon. Sorry, "No Lives Matter" - it works!

I literally JUST had this EXACT conversation with my 12 year old son, and explained it the same way. They’re creating a dependent class; uneducated, unemployed or over-employed (only by virtue of their appearance), thereby creating an entire generation completely beholden to the federal government. Like before with affirmative action (which was originally created for women), that dependent class will always vote for them. It’s all about power. Most of my neighbors are Republicans but we have Demonrats as well and I'm friends with all of them. And we have friendly discussions about politics and on both sides use proof, mostly we leave with homework to do! At this point take everything with a grain of salt and look it up, the proof is out there but you can't be lazy!
