So, I'm 16 and saw this movie in theaters by myself since no one else wanted to go with me, and I sat down next to this dude, and he was decked out in tripp jeans, piercings, tattoos, ya know, the works, and looked like a total badass...but when this scene came on, I started to cry, and I felt a hand on my shoulder, looked up, and the guy looked at me sympathetically, with tears in his eyes, and said ''it's okay, don't cry!!!" Some faith in humanity restored.
It's a very uplifting song. I sang it for my fiance when he was frustrated and we were starting to fight. He was calm by the end of the first verse, and was smiling by the time I was done. He's been going through tough times, and I'm so happy I can do something to ease his frustration a little, even if it's just singing to make him feel a little better. ^_^ Don't forget to let love back in, baby, we'll make it, no matter the obstacles. this song made me think of a friend of mine he just found out that his mother is dying and he's father doesn't give a crap of him anymore and he used to be the most important person to his father, so we spend all our money to go to where he lives ( we live in gothenburg he lives in strömstad with his mother for the moment ) and prove that hes not alone ( his mother is like a second mother to me i love her with all heart )
