Hey bro, play with high pressing. Quick counter usually helps me a lot playing against possession style and make use of pressure only when ur opponent is dribbling without skill moves. Inside or on the edge of your box just stand still and wait for your opponent to make a move and then hold pressure

@@dimashardi_ Match up is for intercepting passes and blocking shots. Pressure to intercept ball when opponent is dribbling. Make sure to check out my "defend like a pro" video. u will understand more what to use in certain situations

There are no benefits for reaching rank 1, only some rewards and bragging rights. You can only reach rank 1 if u play a minimum of 6 hours a day, impossible for me unfortunately :(
