@@BIGNIUE-BIKEOFFICIAL for starters, 250w is the maximum motor power allowed. It should be limited to 25 km/h without the possibility of removing the limitation.
However, if that's possible, I'm pretty sure this bike will sell like hot cakes.

I got mine this week. Its awesome.
Looks good, feels good and its fast.
But i wonder if somebody can help me.
I unboxxed it, assembled it and everything worked great.
For about 2 days.
The third day, aftercharging for awhile, i pushed the start button and nothing happened. At all.
No lights, no lcd screen, nothing.
I tried to check the charge on the battery by pushing the button, but i got nothing.
So i started checking wires to see if they were connected and other basic troubleshooting stuff, and a couple times the lights and the lcd screen flickered on, but only for a sec before going out again.
So im thinking a short in the battery, but idk.
Anyone got any ideas? or know a number i can call?

Can u please tell me what the wheel diameter setting is supposed to be on the P settings? Not sure if mine is correct, and does it have cruise control? Can't seem to figure it out, thank you very much
Wheel diameter is set to 25In
No cruise control function
