@@dhanushj5010 abe they killed sparrows saying they eat crops that increased the insects that ate crops plus it was collectivist land reform projects where people worked like slaves. And many had no knowledge of farming moreover many knew farming but either did bare minimum or corruption to not get punished. Deng xiaoping started partly privatizing the farms and same ineffective farmers started producing surplus. More about mosquitos fuck them making them extinct is best for human. Mosquito don't help us in any way they don't help us in agriculture.

Mosquitos can fly and come from anywhere. It is not a mosquito repellent or killer, instead it reduces their reproduction. It is not yet a universally applied so mosquitoes can breed somewhere else as well and migrate. Even in the stats of Dharavi, the reduction rate was 80%, not 100%.

This can create imbalance in the food chain as so many other animals are surviving by eating other bugs and mosquitoes. Vaccination is the only reasonable solution to these diseases.

The main problem is not that mosquitoes are breeding. If they are very successful and have wiped out mosquitoes that may create imbalance in the food chain. Wiping out a species should not be solution instead we should focus on vaccinating ourselves so that even if the infected mosquitoes bites us we will not have the disease.
