War Chapter V: Dawn

Dawn is the last song from our first full album, War.
Featuring the outstanding @GabrielCyrGuitarist, this song is the final chapter in the War Suite. It tells the story of a soldier who was lucky to survive the ugliness of war, while his brothers in arms didn't, and the insights he has gleamed through the tragedy of sacrifice, the spark of bravery, and the dawn of change.
The War Suite is about:
Chapter I: Tyrant - the greed that plagues politicians who sow division and become tyrants
Chapter II: Brotherhood - the innocence and idealism of young people who take up their causes, become soldiers and form a brotherhood in arms
Chapter III: Sacrifice - the sacrifice these youngsters make through the horrors of war
Chapter IV: Spark - the bravery of the few who chose to lay down their weapons, stop killing the innocent and their kin, igniting a spark in the darkness of war
Chapter V: Dawn - the dawn of change that we must bring, and the choice of peace over war.
