    How do you deal with campgrounds reporting the total annual value of your RV site on your W-2? For example, if you stayed 16 weeks and the site would have rented for $500 per week, at the beginning of the next year you will receive a w-2 from that campground which will include your total hourly earnings PLUS $8000 income for the fringe benefit of site? (16 weeks x $500 per week site rent free)

      We have never had that reported on our W2. At KOA we paid 200 or 250 a month. Other places were zero but not reported. I would not work at a place that would do what you proposed

    Great info! Some campgrounds have age limits for RVs. Have you seen this with KOA work sites?

    Usually, when the campground states 30 hr per week, does that mean 30 hrs for each worker or 30 hrs per couple (15 hrs each)? Thanks for the information and posting.

      @RVIntoRetirement  10 месяцев назад +1

      I would say in 75 to 80% of the time. That means each person works that amount but there are exceptions to that. And also you can negotiate with the campground as far as schedules go

    Do you know of any Workamper Groups that travel together? For safety reason for the solo traveler. Thanks

      Try Escappees or Xcapers they have solo groups
