    1. Leg extensions ( 4 sets) * 15
    2. Lying curls ( 4 sets * 10-12)
    3. Smith machine calves( 4*10 reps)
    4. Seated calf raise: 5 * 10
    5. hanging leg raises: 5 * 15
    6. Inncline body raise : 5*15

      Мне 55. Подтягивался мало. Сейчас - больше 20 - чисто, без рывков! Владислава - лучший мотиватор!

    I like the emphasis on always warming up and stretching; doing so before any physical activity pays off. Today I worked in the garden cutting a few bushes from the root, and one of my shoulders started aching, I knew the cause was that I didn't stretch or anything. I also like doing some mobility exercises to stay flexible. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your effort is appreciated.

    This was really good and inspirational. I am surprised that you manage this amount of sets in just an hour and a half. I would have guessed for a lot more. Really good information about warm up and also the risk of injury. I do hope you will have time to do more videos like this. it is really helpful and it adds a lot to my own training.

    This will inspire and motivate a lot of people, especially women.
    It would be great to have other videos for other parts of the body (glutes 🍑, back, arm, shoulders, chest, impressive trapezius) and also one about your nutrition during the day 😉😘

    Just about the perfect FBB in my eyes. Gorgeous, feminine, and lots of aesthetic muscle in all the right places. Just one minor suggestion as a 49-year-old lifter with a bit of arthritis I have to work around in my training. I prefer doing pulling movements first when warming up since they put less stress (and irritation/inflammation) on the joints, in this case hamstring curls before extensions.

    i like how you stress that stretching is important --- quality stretching before the exercise tells you how that area feels also so you can temper your efforts at need -- besides your manner and smile just light up the room 💕💕

    Great video! I have a request. I have watched several videos of your exercise program. But I have not seen any videos of you performing exercises for triceps. Perhaps I have missed them. I would be very interested to see your triceps program because you have very well developed triceps, in addition to biceps. By the way, you are stunningly beautiful and I love your physique!
