I like the emphasis on always warming up and stretching; doing so before any physical activity pays off. Today I worked in the garden cutting a few bushes from the root, and one of my shoulders started aching, I knew the cause was that I didn't stretch or anything. I also like doing some mobility exercises to stay flexible. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your effort is appreciated.
This was really good and inspirational. I am surprised that you manage this amount of sets in just an hour and a half. I would have guessed for a lot more. Really good information about warm up and also the risk of injury. I do hope you will have time to do more videos like this. it is really helpful and it adds a lot to my own training. Thanks/Per

This will inspire and motivate a lot of people, especially women. It would be great to have other videos for other parts of the body (glutes 🍑, back, arm, shoulders, chest, impressive trapezius) and also one about your nutrition during the day 😉😘
Just about the perfect FBB in my eyes. Gorgeous, feminine, and lots of aesthetic muscle in all the right places. Just one minor suggestion as a 49-year-old lifter with a bit of arthritis I have to work around in my training. I prefer doing pulling movements first when warming up since they put less stress (and irritation/inflammation) on the joints, in this case hamstring curls before extensions.

Yeah loving this your on your Way in physique game yr young, bold and beautiful the world's your oyster but if you injure your joints with overloading training volume, it can set you back.
